Abstract

本实用新型提供一种可以横向安装可调角度的LED室内照明灯具，包括：E27灯头、灯头连接座、灯头调节旋钮、灯头电源盖、灯头电源、电源散热器、灯头固定板、LED灯板、灯板散热器、灯头端盖等。其安装方式打破传统的纵向安装为横向安装，可调范围在0～360°的范围内任意调整。这样就大大地提高了LED灯具的使用范围，同时更能有效的发挥LED灯具单向发光、节能降耗的优势，使得LED灯具能够得到更快的使用推广。

技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种横向安装可调角度的LED室内照明灯具。
技术背景：LED作为一种高效节能的新光源，当今已被广泛应用于室内外照明灯具。然而室内照明的灯具中一般都是采用纵向安装的方式固定在灯座上，按照一个固定角度照明，因而局限了LED灯具的适用范围。
发明内容：本实用新型提供一种可以横向安装可调角度的LED室内照明灯具。
它包括：E27灯头、灯头连接座、灯头调节旋钮、灯头电源盖、灯头电源、电源散热器、灯头固定板、LED灯板、灯板散热器、灯头端盖等。矩形布阵的LED灯组固定在灯板散热器上，通过灯头固定板与灯头电源相连接，用螺丝将其固定在灯头电源盖上，然后灯头电源盖通过灯头调节旋钮与E27灯头连接，以实现360度方向的调整。
灯头连接座内装有一个不锈钢弹簧，用以增加灯头调节旋钮与灯头电源盖之间的调整力度，从而保证灯头调整后角度的稳定性。
LED灯板通过灯板散热器散热，灯头电源固定在灯头电源盖里面，采用隔离式电路供LED灯组工作。

下面结合附图和实例对本实用新型进一步说明：
本实用新型部件分解示意图如图2所示，将LED固定在LED灯板(9)上，通过灯板散热器(8)将热量传递到空气当中，再通过灯头固定板(7)与电源散热器(6)相连接。灯头电源(5)固定在灯头电源盖(4)里面，保证了电源的高可靠性和安全性。E27灯头(1)与灯头连接座(2)固定后，再与灯头电源盖(4)通过灯头调节旋钮(3)相连接，使360度方向的调整得以实现。
矩形布阵的LED灯组固定在LED灯板(9)上，通过灯板散热器(8)将热量传递到空气当中，有效地控制了LED的工作温度，从而有效地降低了LED的衰减，延长了LED的使用寿命。灯头电源(5)采用隔离式电路形式，将外部输入的电源控制为LED灯组设计需要的恒流驱动值，供LED灯组工作使用，电源板固定在灯头电源盖(4)里面，不会造成漏电等安全隐患。
本实用新型横向安装可调角度LED灯具如图3，LED灯具的发光面与灯头的安装方向垂直，其安装方式打破传统的LED灯具出光方向与灯头的安装方向平行的纵向安装为横向安装，E27灯头(1)固定后，灯体本身可在0～360°的范围内任意调整，这样就大大地提高了LED灯具的使用范围，同时更能有效的发挥LED灯具单向发光、节能降耗的优势，使得LED灯具能够得到更快的使用推广。
灯头连接座(2)内装有一个不锈钢弹簧，用以增加灯头调节旋钮(3)与灯头电源盖(4)之间的调整力度，从而保证灯头调整后角度的稳定性。
本实用新型的优点是：提供了一种横向安装可调角度的室内新型LED灯具，这样就大大地提高了LED灯具的使用范围，同时更能有效的发挥LED灯具单向发光、节能降耗的优势，使得LED灯具能够得到更快的使用推广。

Claims (3)

1.一种横向安装可调角度的LED室内照明灯具，它由E27灯头、灯头连接座、灯头调节旋钮、灯头电源盖、灯头电源、电源散热器、灯头固定板、灯板散热器、LED灯板、灯头端盖组成，其特征是：固定在灯板散热器上的LED灯组通过固定板与灯头电源连接，灯头电源盖通过灯头调节旋扭与E27灯头连接。
2.根据权利要求1所提供的横向安装可调角度的LED室内照明灯具，其特征是：矩形布阵的LED灯组固定在LED灯板上，通过灯板散热器将热量传递到空气当中，灯头电源固定在灯头电源盖里面，采用隔离式电路供LED灯组工作。
3.根据权利要求1所提供的横向安装可调角度的LED室内照明灯具，其特征是：E27灯头与灯头连接座固定后，再与灯头电源盖通过灯头调节旋钮相连接，使360度方向的调整得以实现，灯头连接座内装有一个不锈钢弹簧，LED灯具的出光方向与灯头的安装方向垂直，为横向安装。
