Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种改进的脑室引流管,该改进的脑室引流管包括一个双腔的导管、收缩囊、引流袋,所述双腔的导管内分别为引流管和冲洗管,所述在导管的盲端分别设有引流孔与冲洗孔,所述在引流管与引流袋相连接部设有一个有弹性的收缩囊。当发生血块堵塞引流管时,手握收缩囊进行挤压,产生的气压将引流管内的血块冲出,需要注药或者冲洗时,冲洗液通过冲洗管进入脑室,可以进行持续的冲洗。具有结构简单,使用方便,可以同时进行引流和冲洗,创伤面小,手术风险小的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种临床手术用引流装置,尤其涉及一种防堵塞的引流管。
背景技术
现有的医用引流管多为单腔管,虽然结构简单,使用方便,但同时需要引流和冲洗时,就要插入两根管子,不但操作麻烦,还增加了创伤面。中国专利公开了一种《双腔脑室引流管》,其结构为引流管一端的端面呈封闭状态,引流管一侧管壁中设有冲洗通道,冲洗通道的一端与引流管壁上的冲洗管呈连通状态,靠近封闭端面的引流管壁两侧分别设有引流管出口和冲洗通道出口。这种双腔脑室引流管虽然较好的解决了同时引流和冲洗的问题,但不能解决引流管的堵塞问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有引流管存在的易于堵塞的问题,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,防止堵塞的脑室引流管。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,该改进的脑室引流管包括一个双腔的导管、收缩囊、引流袋,所述双腔的导管内分别为引流管和冲洗管,所述在导管的盲端分别设有引流孔与冲洗孔,所述引流孔与引流管相通,冲洗孔与冲洗管相通,所述在引流管与引流袋相连接部设有一个有弹性的收缩囊,所述冲洗管的另一端设有注入口。
导管的盲端插入脑室需要引流的部位,需要引流时,脑室内的血液通过引流管进入引流袋内,当发生血块堵塞引流管时,手握收缩囊进行挤压,产生的气压
将引流管内的血块冲出,需要注药或者冲洗时,冲洗液通过冲洗管进入脑室,可以进行持续的冲洗。
本实用新型的有益效果:结构简单,使用方便,可以同时进行引流  和冲洗,创伤面小,手术风险小。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该改进的脑室引流管包括一个双腔的导管1、收缩囊2、引流袋3,双腔的导管1内分别为引流管4和冲洗管5,在导管1的盲端分别设有引流孔6与冲洗孔7,引流孔6与引流管4相通,冲洗孔7与冲洗管5相通,在引流管4与引流袋3相连接部设有一个有弹性的收缩囊2,冲洗管5的另一端设有注入口。
导管1的盲端插入脑室需要引流的部位,脑室内的血液通过引流管4进入引流袋3内,当发生血块堵塞引流管4时,手握收缩囊2进行挤压,产生的气压将引流管内的血块冲出,需要注药或者冲洗时,冲洗液通过冲洗管5进入脑室,可以进行持续的冲洗。

1.一种改进的脑室引流管,其特征在于该改进的脑室引流管包括一个双腔的导管、收缩囊、引流袋,所述双腔的导管内分别为引流管和冲洗管,所述在导管的盲端分别设有引流孔与冲洗孔,所述引流孔与引流管相通,冲洗孔与冲洗管相通,所述在引流管与引流袋相连接部设有一个有弹性的收缩囊,所述冲洗管的另一端设有注入口。
