Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种具有感知锅温并进行变色提示功能的锅。为了使用者较准确的感知烹饪的温度，市场上出现了各种带有感温装置的锅具，但其结构复杂，感温效果不理想。本实用新型包括锅具和安装在锅具上的感温配件，锅具包括锅体和锅柄，其特征在于：所述的感温配件为金属件，所述感温配件的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料。本实用新型的感温配件结构简单，感温配件直接与锅体外表面接触，导热性好，热敏性涂料的感温效果理想，通过感温配件上热敏性涂料的颜色变化能较准确的感知锅温的高低。

一种具有感温功能的锅
技术领域
本实用新型涉及厨房用具，具体的地说是一种具有感知锅温并进行变色提示功能的锅。
背景技术
传统的锅不具有感温的功能，只能凭借使用者的经验进行操作，对大多数人来说，往往难以感知烹饪温度。为了使用者较准确的感知烹饪的温度，市场上出现了各种带有感温装置的锅具，但其结构复杂，感温效果不理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种结构简单、感温效果理想的具有感温功能的锅。
为此，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种具有感温功能的锅，包括锅具和安装在锅具上的感温配件，锅具包括锅体和锅柄，其特征在于：所述的感温配件为金属件，所述感温配件的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料。感温配件导热性好，使热敏性涂料的感温效果理想，通过感温配件上热敏性涂料的颜色变化来提示使用者判别下菜的最佳时间、警示使用者小心烫伤，当感温配件使用在无油烟锅上时，提示使用者等待感温配件颜色恢复冷切状态时的颜色后再放冷水，延长无油烟锅使用寿命。
根据感温配件的实际情况，分为以下四种结构：
1)所述的感温配件为一感温套管，感温套管的一端与锅体外壁直接接触，其套在锅体与锅柄的连接部外，锅柄为胶木柄，感温套管的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料。
2)锅体与锅柄的连接部外套有一金属护套，护套上开有一观察孔，锅柄为胶木柄，所述的感温配件为一感温片，感温片位于观察孔的下方且被夹在金属护套与锅柄之间，金属护套的内端面边缘与锅体直接接触，锅温通过金属护套传递给感温片；感温片的底部形成一个或二个定位在锅柄上的凸点，采用二个凸点的定位效果更好，感温片的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料，通过观察孔观察感温片颜色的变化来提示使用者判别下菜的最佳时间、警示使用者小心烫伤，当感温配件使用在无油烟锅上时，提示使用者等待感温配件颜色恢复冷切状态时的颜色后再放冷水，延长无油烟锅使用寿命。
3)所述的感温配件为用于锅体与锅柄连接的连接件，连接件的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料，锅柄为胶木柄。
4)所述的感温配件为金属片，金属片的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料，金属片直接焊接锅体外壁上。
本实用新型的感温配件结构简单，感温配件直接与锅体外表面接触，导热性好，热敏性涂料的感温效果理想，通过感温配件上热敏性涂料的颜色变化能较准确的感知锅温的高低。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示的锅，锅柄2为胶木柄，感温套管4套在锅体1与锅柄2的连接部3外，感温套管4的一端与锅体1外壁直接接触，感温套管4的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料。连接部3为一焊接在锅体外壁上的螺母(连接部3也可以为一锅体外凸形成的凸部)，锅柄的端部通过螺钉31与连接部连接。
实施例2
如图2 4所示的锅，金属护套5套在锅体1与锅柄2的连接部3外，护套上开有一观察孔10，锅柄2为胶木柄，连接部3为一焊接在锅体外壁上的螺母(连接部也可以为一锅体外凸形成的凸部)，锅柄的端部通过螺钉31与连接部3连接。感温片6位于观察孔的下方且被夹在金属护套5与锅柄之间，金属护套的内端面边缘与锅体直接接触，感温片6的底部形成二个定位在锅柄上的凸点7。感温片6的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料，通过观察孔观察感温片颜色的变化来得知锅温的高低。
实施例3
如图5所示的锅，锅体1与锅柄2用连接件8连接，连接件8的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料，锅柄2为胶木柄。
实施例4
如图6所示的锅，锅体1外壁上焊接一金属片9，金属片9的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有感温功能的锅，包括锅具和安装在锅具上的感温配件，锅具包括锅体和锅柄，其特征在于：所述感温配件的外表面涂敷能感温变色的热敏性涂料，所述的感温配件为金属件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温功能的锅，其特征在于：所述的感温配件为感温套管，感温套管的一端与锅体外壁接触，其套在锅体与锅柄的连接部外，锅柄为胶木柄。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温功能的锅，其特征在于：锅体与锅柄的连接部外套有一金属护套，护套上开有一观察孔，锅柄为胶木柄，所述的感温配件为一感温片，感温片位于观察孔的下方且被夹在金属护套与锅柄之间，金属护套的内端面边缘与锅体直接接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有感温功能的锅，其特征在于：感温片的底部形成至少一个定位在锅柄上的凸点。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温功能的锅，其特征在于：所述的感温配件为一用于锅体与锅柄连接的连接件，锅柄为胶木柄。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有感温功能的锅，其特征在于：所述的感温配件为金属片，其直接焊接锅体外壁上。
