本实用新型公开了一种串管式废热水转换器,其特征在于,在钢管的外缘壁和内缘壁上缠绕耐热塑管,耐热塑管设进水管和出水管,进水管和出水管为一连通管,钢管的内径远大于耐热塑管的内径。通过以上设置,本实用新型可使不用方式排放的废热水减至35℃左右,预用水池的水温提高20℃左右,节能效益可观。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种从废热水中回收废热的装置,特别是一种串管式废热水转换器。
背景技术
印染、造纸、食品等行业,在生产过程中排放大量的废热水,温度达50-90℃,造成很大的能源浪费,现在常用的板翅式,壳管式换热器造价高,需动力,占场地,还需改变原地形地物,不是很实用。
发明内容
本实用新型提出一种新的技术方案,内胆串管式,该技术方案的目的是,不用外壳,可根据车间排放沟的尺寸大小,设计内胆,以排放沟为外壳,将数个内胆排列安置在沟内,不占场地,便于检修。
本实用新型采取的技术方案为:在钢管的外缘壁和内缘壁上缠绕耐热塑管,耐热塑管设进水管和出水管,进水管和出水管为一连通管,钢管的内径远大于耐热塑管的内径。
本实用新型可置于口径很小的排放沟和管道中回收热能,每个钢管单列排放,排放沟设节流片,分若干级,每级一个钢管,两种水对流,预热水是车间用水池的水,循环加温,水池不间断供水时可不使电泵。本实用新型可使不用方式排放的废热水减至35℃左右,预用水池的水温提高20℃左右,节能效益可观。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在钢管1的外缘壁和内缘壁上缠绕耐热塑管2,耐热塑管2设进水管4和出水管5,进水管4和出水管5为一连通管,钢管2的内径远大于耐热塑管2的内径。耐热塑管流通的是预热水,预热水逆废热水而上,本钢管可以数个组一个内胆,根据排放沟或排放管道而定。
