(三)、实用新型内容本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种钢笔，钢笔水不易沾到笔头上部和笔杆的前端，不会造成钢笔水的浪费。以克服现有产品的不足。
为了解决这一技术问题，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：
一种钢笔，包括笔头和笔杆，其特征在于：笔头的上部和笔杆的前端均粘贴有一层聚四氟乙烯层。
本实用新型的积极效果是：由于聚四氟乙烯层的摩擦系数很小，所以钢笔水不易沾在其表面上，因此每次吸完钢笔水后，拿起钢笔，钢笔水会由于重力作用自动落下，不会残留在笔头上部和笔杆前端，由此也节约了钢笔水。
