Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐，包括罐顶、罐体、罐底，在罐顶上设有连接冷凝器及真空泵的真空抽气口，在罐体上部装有与进液口连通的循环喷雾器、在罐体中部装有列管式热交换器，所述罐底为夹层料罐，在罐底上设有温度调节装置，所述温度调节装置是设有与夹层连通的进热水或蒸汽或冷冻液的法兰孔，在罐底上装有将未气化的料液送回到喷雾器的抽料口。本实用新型可以保证物料在常温、中温下浓缩甚至低温下浓缩，可以适应于生物制药和酶制剂生产、蛋白肽生产、生物素生产和生物活性物质的生产，也是提纯一些低沸点化学试剂的好设备；与现有技术比较大大提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本，对产品质量有可靠的把握。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种浓缩罐，特别是对物料进行低温或常温浓缩的浓缩罐。
背景技术
随着生物技术高速发展，在酶、生物素和活性蛋白肽的生产应用越来越广泛，而这些生物制剂只能在常温或80℃以下的中温进行浓缩干燥。目前使用的浓缩干燥法主要有低温冷冻干燥法、浓缩干燥法、真空浓缩干燥法、喷雾浓缩干燥法、沸腾减压浓缩干燥法。这些方法虽然各有千秋，但其共同的缺点是生产效率低，如最常用的冷冻干燥法从低浓度的达到高浓度这个过程费时费工、能耗大、周期长、成本高。又如真空浓缩法，温度低则不能浓缩，还会造成所要的生物制剂的水解变性；温度高，则造成所要的生物制剂因超温而失活变性。在已有技术中还没有常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种功效高、质量有可靠能应用于酶、生物素和活性蛋白肽等生物制药、也能应用于提纯一些低沸点化学试剂的常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐。
真空喷雾浓缩罐包括罐顶、罐体、罐底，在罐顶上设有连接冷凝器及真空泵的真空抽气口，在罐体上部装有与进液口连通的循环喷雾器、在罐体中部装有列管式热交换器，所述罐底为夹层料罐，在罐底上设有温度调节装置，所述温度调节装置是设有与夹层连通的进热水或蒸汽或冷冻液的法兰孔，在罐底上装有将未气化的料液送回到喷雾器的抽料口。
所述罐底上设有减压进气孔兼放料口。
所述喷雾器上装有1-20个喷头。
所述罐体上设有数显式温度仪和观察孔。
所述罐体下部设有出水口或进气口。
所述罐顶或/和罐体上设有检修口。
所述罐体内装有灯光照明口。
本实用新型可以保证物料在常温、中温下浓缩甚至低温下浓缩，可以适应于生物制药和酶制剂生产、蛋白肽生产、生物素生产和生物活性物质的生产，可防止料液的有效成分被破坏而失活或水解变性；也是提纯一些低沸点化学试剂的好设备；与现有技术比较其功效可提高几倍乃至十倍以上，大大提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本，对产品质量有可靠的把握。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。
回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐由罐顶Ⅰ、罐体Ⅱ、罐底Ⅲ组成，在罐顶设有联接冷凝器及真空泵的真空抽气口1和检修口2、真空表接口3，罐体Ⅱ分成上、中、下三部分,在上部装有与进料口4连通的由多个喷头组成的喷雾器5，在二侧各装有观察孔15，在中部装有列管式热交换器7，通过冷热交换管6和8进行热交换；本实施例的热交换管为蒸气，冷交换管为冷冻液，使喷雾器5喷雾出的雾液接触热交换器产生温差，将部分液态变成气态，通过真空抽气口1真空抽出。罐体下部设有出水口或进气口10，另设有液位口及观察孔15，以便于观察液位及物料浓缩情况，还在观察孔15对面装有一灯光照明口16，在下侧部装有数显式温度计14，可以准确掌握物料温度，另设有一个直径400mm的检修孔9；罐底Ⅲ为夹层，夹层通过进热水或蒸汽或冷冻液的法兰孔13将物料加热到所需温度或降温到所需温度，能保证物液喷雾到交换器表面时达到最佳的温差效果。在罐底上设有减压进气孔兼放料口12。在抽真空后稍会再打开阀门，使减压气体进入即使料液沸腾，使水气被真空泵最佳抽出。另装有接输送泵的抽料孔11，可以将未气化的液体料液回送到进料口4再通过喷雾器5再次喷出，进行再次浓缩，如此反复，真至达到浓缩目的。

1.一种常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐，包括罐顶、罐体、罐底，在罐顶上设有连接冷凝器及真空泵的真空抽气口，在罐体上部装有与进液口连通的循环喷雾器、在罐体中部装有列管式热交换器，所述罐底为夹层料罐，在罐底上设有温度调节装置，所述温度调节装置是设有与夹层连通的进热水或蒸汽或冷冻液的法兰孔，在罐底上装有将未气化的料液送回到喷雾器的抽料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐，其特征在于，所述罐底上设有减压进气孔兼放料口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐，其特征在于，所述喷雾器上装有1-20个喷头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐，其特征在于，所述罐体上设有数显式温度仪和观察孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐，其特征在于，所述罐体下部设有出水口或进气口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的常温回流式真空喷雾浓缩罐，其特征在于，所述罐顶或/和罐体上设有检修口。
