本实用新型提供了一种生产车间地面吸尘装置的技术方案，该方案的装置，包括有带有电动机的吸尘风机，吸尘风机固定在一运载车上，有一固定在运载车上的过滤箱与所述的吸尘风机连接，所述的过滤箱通过连接管与一除尘箱连接，除尘箱通过吸尘软管与一吸嘴连接，连接管与过滤箱连接处设置有过滤网，该方案的吸尘装置占地面积小，噪声低，吸力强劲、并且免维护，使用方便。

本实用新型涉及的是一种清洁装置，尤其是一种生产车间地面吸尘装置。
背景技术：
目前，我国工业企业生产车间卫生清理中大都使用吸尘器进行清理。由于生产车间内灰尘、纤维、铁屑等杂碎物的存在面积较广，所以吸尘器的工作环境相当的恶劣。现在所使用的吸尘器吸力小、吸程小且需经常拆洗更换滤布维护，并且占用很大空间。这是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的，就是针对现有技术所存在的不足，而提供一种技术方案，该方案的吸尘装置占地面积小，噪声低，吸力强劲、并且免维护。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的：生产车间地面吸尘装置，包括有带有电动机的吸尘风机，本方案的特点是：所述的吸尘风机固定在一运载车上，有一固定在运载车上的过滤箱与所述的吸尘风机连接，所述的过滤箱通过连接管与一除尘箱连接，除尘箱通过吸尘软管与一吸嘴连接，连接管与过滤箱连接处设置有过滤网，过滤网可以为高效无纺布；除尘箱底部设置有清理口；除尘箱固定在所述的运载车上；吸嘴通过吸尘软管与除尘箱的顶部连接。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知，由于在该方案中的结构均固定在运载车上，使用时，推动运载车就可以到达要除尘的区域，不用时，将整个装置推走，不占用生产车间的空间；风机在电动机的带动下，给整个装置提供较大的吸力；本装置在工作时，比重大的铁屑、水泥块等大颗粒物进入除尘箱时，在离心力的作用下，沉降下来，经清理口清理出去，比重小的粉尘进入过滤箱后，被过滤网过滤下来。由此可见，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有实质性特点和进步，其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

通过附图可以看出，本方案的生产车间地面吸尘装置，包括有带有电动机10的吸尘风机6，所述的吸尘风机6固定在运载车7上，有一个固定在运载车7上的过滤箱4与所述的吸尘风机6连接，所述的过滤箱4通过连接管9与除尘箱3连接，除尘箱3的顶部通过吸尘软管2与一吸嘴1连接，连接管9与过滤箱4连接处设置有过滤网5；除尘箱3底部设置有清理口8；除尘箱3固定在所述的运载车7上。

1.一种生产车间地面吸尘装置，包括有带有电动机的吸尘风机，其特征是：所述的吸尘风机固定在一运载车上，有一固定在运载车上的过滤箱与所述的吸尘风机连接，所述的过滤箱通过连接管与一除尘箱连接，除尘箱通过吸尘软管与一吸嘴连接，连接管与过滤箱连接处设置有过滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产车间地面吸尘器，其特征是：所述的除尘箱底部设置有清理口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的生产车间地面吸尘器，其特征是：所述的除尘箱固定在所述的运载车上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生产车间地面吸尘器，其特征是：所述的吸嘴通过吸尘软管与除尘箱的顶部连接。
