Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种应用于切纸机的裁切省力式切刀装置，包括刀床(5)、刀片(8)，在刀床(5)的两侧上分别设有左滑槽(3)和右滑槽(6)，左滑槽(3)、右滑槽(6)内分别装有左滑块(4)、右滑块(7)，所述的左滑槽(3)和右滑槽(6)均为圆弧型滑槽，所述的左滑块(4)和右滑块(7)也均为对应的圆弧型滑块。本实用新型的刀床上设有圆弧型滑槽，并通过圆弧型滑块限定了刀床的运动轨迹为圆弧曲线，以共同实现刀床及刀片的圆弧运动，从而使裁切效果达到最佳，裁切能耗降到最低，使切纸机在裁切时更省力，可以降低机器的功耗，节约能源；裁切出的成品更精确，提高了机器的裁切精度，具有更高更可靠的性能。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种切纸机，具体地说是涉及一种切纸机用切刀装置。
二、背景技术
本发明所述切纸机是一种用于裁切平板纸张的机械设备，其切刀装置是裁切的主要部件，该切刀装置的结构直接影响着切纸机的裁切性能。目前，切刀装置上的刀床的结构为滑块直槽式，即刀床上的滑槽及滑块均为直线型的。刀床及刀片在裁切时给工作台面上的裁切物的施力方向只是一个直线方向，裁切时费力，消耗了较大的电机功率。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足，而提供一种裁切省力、能耗较少的裁切省力式切刀装置。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现：一种裁切省力式切刀装置，包括刀床、刀片，在刀床的两侧上分别设有左滑槽和右滑槽，左滑槽、右滑槽内分别装有左滑块、右滑块，所述的左滑槽和右滑槽均为圆弧型滑槽，所述的左滑块和右滑块也均为对应的圆弧型滑块。
采用本发明结构后，刀床上设有圆弧型滑槽，并通过圆弧型滑块限定了刀床的运动轨迹为圆弧曲线，以共同实现刀床及刀片的圆弧运动，从而使裁切效果达到最佳，裁切能耗降到最低，与传统的直槽式刀床结构相比，使切纸机在裁切时更省力，可以降低机器的功耗，节约能源；裁切出的成品更精确，提高了机器的裁切精度，具有更高更可靠的性能。

五、具体实施方式
参照图1可知，本发明应用于切纸机的裁切省力式切刀装置，包括刀床5、刀片8，在刀床5的两侧上分别设有左滑槽3和右滑槽6，左滑槽3、右滑槽6内分别装有左滑块4、右滑块7，所述的左滑槽3和右滑槽6均为圆弧型滑槽，所述的左滑块4和右滑块7也均为对应的圆弧型滑块。刀床5通过拉杆2、曲柄1与切纸机的传动装置相连，圆弧型滑块通过滑块轴固定安装在切纸机的机身上。
参见图1，具有圆弧型滑槽的刀床，即刀床上设有圆弧型滑槽，并通过圆弧型滑块限定了刀床的运动轨迹为圆弧曲线，圆弧型滑槽与圆弧型滑块是相配的，共同实现刀床及刀片的圆弧运动。这种结构的特点是：刀床的运动为圆弧曲线轨迹，裁切过程中曲柄1旋转带动拉杆2运动，在拉杆2的作用下，刀床5沿圆弧型滑槽向下做曲线运动。刀床的圆弧旋转运动是：现设定左圆弧型滑槽和右圆弧型滑槽的曲率半径分别为R1和R2，当所述左圆弧型滑槽的曲率半径R1与右圆弧型滑槽的曲率半径R2不相等时，使刀床在最高点裁切时刀片的刀刃与工作台台面形成一个夹角θ(θ一般在1-2°之间)，刀床在裁切过程中自动旋转θ角度，分析裁切过程，刀片刀刃逐渐与裁切物(纸张)接触实现裁切，刀片刀刃运动到工作台9的台面时，与台面完全平行，完成所有裁切物的裁切。这样裁切更容易，需要的裁切力较小，可以降低电机功率消耗。
如图2所示，通过圆弧型滑块的力学分析可以反映出切刀装置裁切力变化过程：分析圆弧型滑块在切刀装置向下裁切时的受力(圆弧型滑块质量忽略不计)，切刀装置给滑块一个作用力F，同时滑块受滑块轴的支持力N，F力和N力的方向相反且与刀床运动轨迹线相切。分析作用力F，其方向随着刀床的运动高度变化而变化，即F力与水平方向的夹角α在裁切中不断变化，函数表达式为：Fy＝F·Sinα。在裁切较高纸堆时，刀片刀刃的位置高，夹角α最大，竖直方向上的分力Fy较大，有利于裁切；在纸堆较薄时，刀片刀刃运行到更低位置，夹角α变小，竖直方向上的分力Fy较小；X方向上的分力Fx是裁切时的水平分力，从而使刀床及刀片水平方向位移。F力的变化以及左、右圆弧型滑槽不同的曲率半径使裁切过程中实现旋转裁切。

1.一种裁切省力式切刀装置，包括刀床(5)、刀片(8)，在刀床(5)的两侧上分别设有左滑槽(3)和右滑槽(6)，左滑槽(3)、右滑槽(6)内分别装有左滑块(4)、右滑块(7)，其特征在于：所述的左滑槽(3)和右滑槽(6)均为圆弧型滑槽，所述的左滑块(4)和右滑块(7)也均为对应的圆弧型滑块。
2.如权利要求1所述的裁切省力式切刀装置，其特征在于：所述左圆弧型滑槽的曲率半径(R1)与右圆弧型滑槽的曲率半径(R2)不相等，使刀床在最高点裁切时刀片的刀刃与工作台台面形成一个夹角(θ)。
