具体实施方式：包括袋体1和胶塞2，其特征是在胶塞2上设有吸管3，袋体1上段设有弹性罩4。在配液时，将吸管3插入药液内，手捏弹性罩4然后放松，弹性罩4自然恢复抽吸药液，然后剪掉胶塞2上段吸管3，输液器自残留吸管3插入胶塞2即可。
