背景技术
目前公知的用于投影设备的石英金卤灯，其石英泡壳为橄榄型，电极间距和整个泡壳较长，而投影设备的反光罩多为对称的抛物曲面，最佳的光源匹配应近似点光源。橄榄泡发光体长，导致所发出光的利用率低。
发明内容
为了使光利用率得到提高，以使设备的利用率达到最大化，本实用新型采用了球形石英泡壳设计，电极间距和泡长缩短。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：将球形石英泡壳电弧管两端引线焊接钼片、钼杆，与有滤紫外特性的石英管封接，然后再加装灯头，其特征在于石英泡壳为球形，在内管吹泡时将泡型吹至球形，球形结构能够保证光源以点光源形式工作，提高光利用率。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以使投影设备的光利用率提高10％，不改变石英金卤灯的外形尺寸。

具体实施方式
参照图1，整体结构主要结构为UV石英管1和石英内管5极其构成的密闭空间，UV石英管1为其外管，石英内管5为内管，沿UV石英管1轴线装配石英内管5，通过灯脚2与钼箔3焊接，钼箔3与V型引线4焊接，钼箔3被封装在UV石英管1的一端，以保证良好的气密性，V型引线4与石英内管5的引线焊接，石英内管5的另一端与引线6焊接，钼箔7与引线6焊接，灯脚8与钼箔7焊接，钼箔7被UV石英管1的另一端封装，以保证良好的气密性，石英内管5在火焰环境中泡型吹至球形，在排真空的条件下内加入金卤丸和汞。球形结构能够保证光源以点光源形式工作，提高光利用率。
