Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种钢筋网围栏网片与立柱的连接解决方案。
背景技术
目前，钢筋网围栏网片与立柱常见连接方法是采用卡接件、螺栓等将网片卡固在立柱上，或是将立柱做成异型勾住网片，存在的问题是：一、成本较大：连接件、异型立柱加大成本；二、固定点少连接不牢固，防盗效果较差。
为了克服现有连接方式的不足，本实用新型提供一种连接系统，该系统不仅降低成本，节省现场施工时间，而且大大提高了围栏的安全防护效果。
发明技术方案
在立柱上开孔，将网片的横向钢筋两端折弯形成钩子，安装时将弯钩伸进立柱孔内，然后将立柱固定，因为立柱固定，所以网片和立柱连为一体，不可拆卸。
本实用新型的有益效果是，安装简单，省去了连接件，提高了安装速度，因为连接点多使得网片和立柱连接牢固，提高了围栏的防护性能。

具体实施方式
在立柱上先开好直径为5-6mm的圆孔，圆孔的数量与网片横向钢筋数量相等或为其一半，将横向钢筋两端折成弯钩状。安装时，先固定第一根立柱，然后将网片横向钢筋弯钩深入立柱圆孔内勾住立柱，并依次安装后面的立柱和网片。

1.一种钢筋网围栏片柱连接系统，将网片和立柱连接成为一个整体，其特征是：在立柱上开孔，将网片横向钢筋两端折弯形成钩子，将钩子伸进立柱孔内实现连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋网围栏片柱连接系统，其特征是：立柱可以是正方管、矩形管、圆管、椭圆管、异型管、角钢，均可在上面开孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋网围栏片柱连接系统，其特征是：网片的横向钢筋两端弯钩角度大于90度，以便勾住立柱。
