背景技术
目前,常用的出铁口采用砖体尺寸小,一般达十块至几百块之多,因此砌筑的砖缝多,整体强度低,砌筑时费时费力。使用中铁口煤气及冶炼物引起砖缝扩大使砖松动,进而渣铁渗透造成铁口组合砖破损严重。另外,常用的铁口砖材质主要采用硅酸铝材料(如高铝砖、复合棕刚玉砖、刚玉莫来石砖)和炭砖,由于硅酸铝质材料的耐剥落性和抗渣性能不好,炭砖的抗氧化性能不好,这些都是导致铁口砖设计寿命短的因素。

本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的出铁口砖砖体尺寸小,砌筑的砖缝多,整体强度低,砌筑时费时费力和现有铁口砖耐剥落性和抗渣侵蚀性能不好的技术问题,提供一种砌筑砖缝少、整体强度高、耐碱、抗渣侵蚀性能好的大型矿热炉出铁口用组合砖。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
本实用新型的大型矿热炉出铁口用组合砖,其特征在于:它包括钻孔铁口砖,在钻孔铁口砖的一端内部镶嵌有高导热石墨套I,高导热石墨套I中心处设有中心孔,钻孔铁口砖和高导热石墨套I的横端面平齐,在钻孔铁口砖和高导热石墨套I的平齐横端面上设有导热石墨套II,在导热石墨套II中心处设有中心孔。
所述的钻孔铁口砖是半石墨碳-炭化硅材料和高导热石墨材料制作而成的钻孔铁口砖。
本实用新型的技术方案中,从铁口结构上,采用大块钻孔半石墨碳-炭化硅铁口砖,内镶高导热石墨套,因此减少了砖缝,有效地保证了铁口的严密性,且施工、维修、更换方便。材质的选择上,大块钻孔铁口砖使用半石墨碳-炭化硅砖制作,它具有良好的抗热震、导热、耐碱性和抗渣侵蚀性,内镶高导热石墨套,由于石墨套导热性能好,降低了热应力,避免了应力集中,热膨胀系数低,在高温下有较好的体积稳定性,高温强度高,耐冲刷等特点。这两种材料的合理配置,延长了铁口的使用寿命。本实用新型具有下述具体优点:
(1)采用大块钻孔铁口砖,内镶高导热石墨套砌筑铁口,能够减少铁口部位的砌缝,有效保护了铁口的严密性,且施工更换方便。
(2)此铁口的应用,解决了铁口粘渣铁现象,提高了铁口的抗热震性能,减轻了热应力造成了炭砖的开裂和破损。
(3)该铁口的开发应用,延长了矿热炉的整体使用寿命。
