Abstract
一种吸热散热铝型材,本型材是为节能、低温差利用、太阳能利用而设计;本型材为热阻小、吸热散热面积大的高效新型材。本设计是在吸热椭圆管的两侧加有吸热散热板,并分别在吸热散热板两边成型有卡头和卡槽,便于任意安装。本型材通过表面处及不同的组合安装,可用于太阳能吸光集热等多种温室和其它需要及热散的节能技术领域。

本实用新型涉及一种吸热散热铝型材,尤其是需要大面积吸热散热的场所。
背景技术
目前,在需要大面积吸热散热时,一般是把金属管焊接或压接在金属板上,生产费时费料,产品热阻大,吸热散热效果差。
发明内容
为了克服现有材料在生产大面积吸热散热器时费时费料的不足,本实用新型提供一种吸热散热铝型材,该铝型材安装方便,只需将卡槽、卡头对接压实即可,只需选择铝型材根数就能安装成所需面积的吸热散热器,可安装成平面,也可安装成多种形体,椭圆管与椭圆管之间可串联可并联。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在吸热散热椭圆管的两侧有吸热散热板,设有安装卡槽卡头;椭圆管在吸热散热板的下面,吸热散热板上下面是平面,可以是单椭圆管也可以是双椭圆管。单椭圆管在吸热散热板的二分之一处,双椭圆分别在吸热散热板的二分之一和三分之二处,吸热散热型材为铝合金挤压型材。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在需要大面积吸热散热器时,只需选择型材根数就能安装成所需面积的吸热散热器,可安装成平面,也可安装成多种形体。

具体实施方式
在图1中,椭圆管(1)吸热散热板(2)卡槽(3)卡头(4)为铝合金挤成成型,安装只需将卡槽卡头对接,压实即得图3。

1.一种吸热散热铝型材,在吸热散热椭圆管(1)的两侧有吸热散热板(2),其特征是:设有安装卡槽(3)卡头(4),椭圆管在吸热散热板的下面,吸热散热板(2)上下面是平面,可以是单椭圆管也可以是双椭圆管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸热散热铝型材,其特征是吸热散热型材为铝合金挤压型材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸热散热铝型材,其特征是单椭圆管在吸热散热板的二分之一处,双椭圆管分别在吸热散热板的二分之一和三分之二处。
