技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车前悬挂支架,该悬挂支架位于汽车前减振器顶端与车身的连接部位,能够衰减汽车行驶过程中车轮传到车身的振动,从而提高汽车的驾乘舒适性。
背景技术
前悬挂支架是连接前减振器与车身的一个重要零件,对降低汽车悬架系统的振动起到积极地作用。
1.目前大部分前悬挂支架与车身的连接都是采用在前悬挂支架上装配螺栓(一般为3个),然后使用螺母将其固定在车身上。这种方法有以下不足:(1)增加了成本。由于需要另外购买螺栓,再加上多一道装配螺栓的工序,成本必然要增加,同时增加了管理控制成本;(2)尺寸难以控制。由于螺栓在装配过程中的位置度及垂直度不好控制,尤其是装配在斜面或者弧面上就更难控制了,所以就有可能造成产品尺寸不合格,严重的可能造成无法装车;(3)存在螺栓脱落的风险。由于螺栓是装配上的,所以有可能因为操作或者尺寸的问题没有装配牢固,造成螺栓脱落使整个悬架系统减振性能降低或失效,客户抱怨。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轿车用前悬挂支架,形成内部环形空腔结构,有效的增强减震效果,在主体骨架上攻螺纹,降低产品成本,减少产品加工工序,增加其可靠性及稳定性。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种轿车用前悬挂支架,包括有帽形的主体骨架,主体骨架中央有开孔,主体骨架的内、外侧壁上有硫化一体成型的橡胶体,其特征在于:主体骨架的顶部内侧壁上的橡胶体与主体骨架的开孔边沿之间留有环形空腔,主体骨架的外侧带有数个凸台,且凸台上开有螺纹联接孔。本实用新型在零件主体骨架上攻螺纹,避免了装配螺栓可能会造成的松动及位置有偏差等潜在风险,减少了装配成本使用与产品橡胶硬度不同的橡胶制作成特定形状的辅助件,并对其表面进行喷漆固化处理,硫化时嵌在骨架特定部位同时硫化,冷却后通过专用拆解夹具取下该辅助件,从而形成了内部空腔。

参见附图,一种轿车用前悬挂支架,包括有帽形的主体骨架1,主体骨架1中央有开孔,主体骨架1的内、外侧壁上镶嵌有橡胶体2,主体骨架1与橡胶体2硫化呈一体,主体骨架1的顶部内侧壁上的橡胶体2与主体骨架1中央开孔之间内留有环形空腔3,主体骨架1的外侧带有数个凸台4,且凸台4上开有螺纹联接孔5。
采用强度较高的材料制作主体骨架,在产品骨架要求位置进行翻边形成凸台,然后攻螺纹,这样就能够使产品既能与车身连接,而又节省了装配螺栓的成本,同时消除由于装配螺栓可能引起的松动和位置偏差而带来的隐患。首先制作与产品空腔相符的橡胶辅助件,对其表面进行喷漆固化处理。硫化时与骨架一同放入模具型腔,成型冷却后利用橡胶可变形的特性将辅助件从产品中取出,从而形成了内部空腔结构。

1.一种轿车用前悬挂支架,包括有帽形的主体骨架,主体骨架中央有开孔,主体骨架的内、外侧壁上有硫化一体成型的橡胶体,其特征在于:主体骨架的顶部内侧壁上的橡胶体与主体骨架的开孔边沿之间留有环形空腔,主体骨架的外侧带有数个凸台,且凸台上开有螺纹联接孔。
