本实用新型涉及一次性灌肠器，由肛管、注推器、接头、单向阀、加液口、注液孔组成，其中，注推器前端设有接头，接头内部设单向阀；肛管与接头通过丝扣连接，肛管前端均匀分布注液孔；注推器前部的一侧设加液口，加液口上设开关阀。本实用新型使用时，将肛管与注推器连接好，打开加液口上的开关阀，在加液口接上输液管，输液管的一端放入盛有灌肠液容器内，抽拉注推器活塞，此时单向阀关闭，灌肠液被吸入注推器，然后关闭开关阀，推进注推器活塞，灌肠液注入直肠内。本实用新型也可用做给病人肛门或直肠内送药。本实用新型设计合理，操作简便，性能可靠，可在临床中广泛推广。

背景技术
灌肠是临床上常用的护理技术操作，目前常用的灌肠器具是传统的搪瓷筒，这种灌肠工具虽简便实用，但也存在操作过程难以准确把握，不易观察药液的灌注情况及速度，如需调节速度，只有靠护理人员用手抬高或放低灌肠筒来实用，操作不方便，劳动强度也大；同时传统灌肠筒非一次性使用，如果消毒不严格，很容易造成交叉感染。
发明内容
本实用新型克服上述技术上存在的不足，提供一种操作使用方便准确的一次性灌肠器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一次性灌肠器，由肛管、注推器、接头、单向阀、加液口、注液孔组成，其中，注推器前端设有接头，接头内部设单向阀；肛管与接头通过丝扣连接，肛管前端均匀分布注液孔；注推器前部的一侧设加液口，加液口上设开关阀。本实用新型使用时，将肛管与注推器连接好，打开加液口上的开关阀，在加液口接上输液管，输液管的一端放入盛有灌肠液容器内，抽拉注推器活塞，此时单向阀关闭，灌肠液被吸入注推器，然后关闭开关阀，推进注推器活塞，灌肠液注入直肠内。本实用新型也可用做给病人肛门或直肠内送药，肛管为一次性使用，避免了交叉感染。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明。如图所示，一次性灌肠器，由肛管1、注推器2、接头3、单向阀4、加液口5、注液孔6组成，其中，注推器2前端设有接头3，接头3内部设单向阀4；肛管1与接头3通过丝扣连接，肛管1前端均匀分布多个注液孔6；注推器2前部的一侧设加液口5，加液口5上设开关阀。使用时，将肛管1与注推器2连接好，打开加液口5上的开关阀，在加液口5接上输液管，输液管的一端放入盛有灌肠液容器内，抽拉注推器2的活塞，此时单向阀4关闭，灌肠液被吸入注推器2，然后关闭开关阀，推进注推器2活塞，灌肠液注入直肠内。
