Abstract
本实用新型的目的是提供一种多功能会阴部切口护垫，被设计为内裤型会阴部切口护垫，由主体护垫部和两翼部组成，主体护垫部由切口层(1)、中央层(2)和外层(3)贴附成一体而形成，中央层还可附有药物，或致冷物质，用来会阴部冷敷以及将中药贴敷于会阴部可有效地消除局部组织水肿、消炎、防止伤口感染，促进伤口早日愈合，从而减轻病患者的痛苦，同时在护垫翼部设置一计量装置，使产妇垫使用结束后，方便的读取产妇出血量且制做简单，成本低廉，临床用途广，疗效极好。

本实用新型提供一种会阴部切口护垫，属于医用外科敷料类。
背景技术
在现有技术中，阴道侧切术是顺产分娩时基本术式之一，手术完毕，常规将切口缝合。切口的附近有尿道和女性阴道等器官存在，这些解剖特点，使阴道侧切术后会阴部切口易受尿液、女性产后出血及局部皮脂腺、汗腺等分泌物的污染，导致切口感染、化脓，同时，手术创伤亦会引起局部组织严重水肿，产妇感觉疼痛，给病人造成了严重的心理和生理的痛苦，影响产妇体能恢复。同时，产后医务人员需要观测产妇出血量，目前临床常用反复使用的不锈钢制的盆接收产妇出血，然后用目测方法估计产妇出血，这种方法估计出血量不准确，同时产妇使用时也很痛苦，因此，临床噬需要一种多功能护垫，同时解决以上问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内裤型会阴部切口护垫，护垫主体部由切口层、中央层和外层构成，中央层还可附有药物或者致冷物质，可有效地消除局部组织水肿、消炎、防止伤口感染，促进伤口早日愈合，从而减轻病患者的痛苦，且制做简单，成本低廉，临床用途广，疗效极好。同时在护垫翼部设置一计量装置，使产妇垫使用结束后，方便的读取产妇出血量。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下步骤实现的，此会阴部切口护垫由主体部和两翼部组成，主体部由切口层1、中央层2和外层3贴附而形成，外层3向上与切口层1相接，密封住护垫部的边侧，切口层1由多网孔薄膜做成，四边分别附着无毒，防过敏的带离型纸的医用胶膜4，中央层2由无毒、吸水性能好的柔软材料形成，外层3由无毒、不透水的软包装塑料薄膜构成.护垫翼部设置一计量装置6，使产妇垫使用结束后，方便的读取产妇出血量。
本实用新型的结构还可为在中央层2上附有中药自芨、白蔹、薄荷、三七、板兰根、石膏等，西药强的松等。
本实用新型的结构还可为在中央层2上附有致冷物质，需要时捏破装有制冷物质的内袋，即可制冷，用来冷敷会阴部。
本实用新型的结构还可为切口层1两侧附着的无毒、防过敏的医用胶膜5的宽度为1CM，前、后边附着的无毒、防过敏的医用胶膜5宽度为0.5CM。
本实用新型的结构还可为中央层2由脱脂药棉构成。
本实用新型的结构还可为在外层3上附有两根相互交叉的防过敏且带离型纸的粘膏带7。

具体实施方式：
附图1、图2为本实用新型的一个实施例。此会阴部切口护垫8由主体部和两翼部组成，主体部由切口层1、中央层2和外层3贴附形成，切口层1由多网孔薄膜做成，其中多网孔薄膜有维持护垫外形、分隔切口和中央层2、防止切口与护垫粘附的作用，中央层2由脱脂药棉和药物或致冷物质构成，吸水性能好，能够吸收切口之渗血、渗液，保持局部干燥，其上附着的药物为中药自芨、白蔹、花粉、薄荷、三七、板兰根、石膏等，西药强的松等，具有止血化瘀、清凉解毒，收敛吸附，高效灭菌、消炎、防止感染、消除局部组织水肿，促进切口早日愈合等诸多作用，外层3由无毒，不透水的软包装塑料薄膜构成，外层3向上与切口层1相接，密封住护垫部的两侧，防止渗血、渗液的渗透。
本实用新型结构简单，成本低廉，临床用途广且疗效极好。
Claims (4)
1.一种多功能会阴部切口护垫，其特征是，为内裤型会阴部切口护垫，由主体护垫部和两翼部组成，主体护垫部由切口层(1)、中央层(2)和外层(3)贴附成一体而形成，外层(3)向上与切口层(1)相接，密封住护垫部的边侧，切口层(1)由多网孔薄膜做成，中央层(2)由无毒、吸水性能好的柔软材料形成，外层(3)由无毒、不透水的软包装塑料薄膜构成，中央层(2)上附有药物，同时在护垫翼部设置一计量装置，用以读取产妇出血量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种会阴部切口护垫，其特征在于，中央层(2)上附有装有制冷物质的内袋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种会阴部切口护垫，其特征在于，中央层(2)由脱脂药棉构成。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种会阴部切口护垫，其特征在于，外层(3)上附有两根相互交叉的防过敏且带离型纸的粘膏带。
