一种三段式可替换枕头，包括枕套1和枕芯2，所述的枕芯2由三段构成，每段枕芯2两侧设有粘扣3；1枕套开口设有拉链4。三个枕芯通过粘扣连接在一起，形成一个大的枕芯装在枕套1内。
由于三段枕芯是通过粘扣3连接起来的，可以方便的拆分和组合，当中间的一段枕芯由于长时间承受压力凹下去时，打开拉链4，可以调换枕芯位置，保证睡眠质量，也可轻松入眠；同时调整使用增加了枕头的使用寿命。本实用新型结构简单，方便实用。
