本实用新型涉及一种用于涂料固化剂的包装桶。
背景技术
现有的固化剂包装桶，通过塑料材质的盖子来封住桶口，申请人发现在长时间后，在包装桶内的固化剂容易变质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于涂料固化剂的包装桶，其可防止包装桶内的固化剂变质。
为实现前述目的，本实用新型的用于涂料固化剂的包装桶，其特点是，包括金属指压盖，该金属指压盖盖住盛放有固化剂的该包装桶的桶体的桶口。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
申请人发现由于塑料材质分子具有一定的透过率，桶体内的固化剂容易与空气结合，因而导致产品变质，为了增强桶体与空气的阻隔性，若采用在现有的塑料盖的外层覆盖铝箔，覆盖铝箔的实施困难，并且包装成本上升明显；若采用HDPE等材质，盖子比较高，影响包固化剂的包装以及包装桶的堆码；申请人创造性地选用指压盖来解决该问题，通过机器自动压盖，成本低，并且无固化剂变质情况发生。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的用于涂料固化剂的包装桶包括桶体10，桶体10具有桶口100，桶口100由指压盖200密封。指压盖200可选用市售产品。如图2所示，首先从桶口100处灌装固化剂，然后如图3所示，将指压盖200放置在桶口100后，通过滚压装置300来滚压指压盖200，可以自动化方式来完成该工序，最后，将包装桶倒置，检查其封盖情况。
