现有技术的客车靠椅包括座位部分和靠背部分，虽然座位部分和靠背部分之间的角度可以调节，但是人们在坐长途汽车的时候，由于长时间地坐着，身体的上半身是靠在靠椅的靠背上的，头这部分也靠在靠背上，而在这个过程中，脖子一直是被架空的，长时间如此脖子得不到休息，就会产生脖子酸痛的现象，另外由于长时间保持同一个姿势也会产生脖子酸痛的现象。
