我们知道，在医院和诊所对患者实施输液是医疗过程中的常规手段，而在输液的过程中，当环境温度较低时，因所输液体的温度随环境、气温的变化，会明显的低于病人的体温温度，而两者温差较大，病人会明显感觉到寒冷的刺激而产生不适应感，如肢体冰凉、麻木、抽搐等，使病人难以忍受，常用的输液加温器有装有热水的热水袋及电加温器，由于热水袋暴露在外，降温很快，无法满足全过程加温需要，给患者带来诸多不便。

一种输液加温保护罩，其特征在于设有电加热垫，电加热垫上设有温控开关和电源接口，电加热垫两侧分别设有连接带，连接带端部设有尼龙粘扣。
