Abstract
一种免漆门面板涉及一种门的面板，包括密度板层，密度板层的表面为凹凸形状，在密度板层上覆盖有三聚氰胺贴面板层。三聚氰胺贴面板层可以做出类似木头的原始感观，其附着力、硬度、耐磨度、立体感和色彩的一致性，不易褪色，耐候性都非常好。另外三聚氰胺贴面板层具有阻燃的效果，且“三聚氰胺”透明树脂溶液无毒，改变了原PVC贴面时采用胶水的方法，可避免使用其他装饰材料产生有毒气体对人体的危害，环保性能好。

本实用新型涉及一种门的材料，具体涉及一种门的面板。
背景技术
免漆门顾名思义就是不需要再油漆的木门，目前市场上的免漆门是将实木复合门或模压门，最外面现有的免漆门包括框架和固装在框架上的免漆面板，免漆面板的基层为高密度板，在高密度板上采用PVC贴面真空吸塑加工工艺而成。在PVC贴面时，必须采用胶水来贴面，胶水中含有大量甲醛和苯等有毒物质，容易引起白血病和癌症等等，对家居的人造成很大的危害。另外，PVC贴面表面还有如下缺点：
1、在阳光下容易褪色；2、硬度低，容易出现划痕；3、PVC贴面易燃烧。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供硬度高、不易褪色、阻燃以及环保性能好的免漆门面板。
本实用新型的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的，一种免漆门面板，包括密度板层，密度板层的表面为凹凸形状，其特征是在密度板层上覆盖有三聚氰胺贴面板层。
三聚氰胺贴面板层为将色纸或仿木纹纸在“三聚氰胺”透明树脂溶液中浸泡之后形成的胶膜纸贴覆在基材上，经高压及高温下热压复合而成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用了上述技术方案，三聚氰胺贴面板层可以做出类似木头的原始感观，其附着力、硬度、耐磨度、立体感和色彩的一致性，不易褪色，耐候性都非常好。另外三聚氰胺贴面板层具有阻燃的效果，且“三聚氰胺”透明树脂溶液无毒，改变了原PVC贴面时采用胶水的方法，可避免使用其他装饰材料产生有毒气体对人体的危害，环保性能好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步非限定性的说明：如图1中，一种光固化漆基材板，1.2米×2.4米的密度板层1，密度板层1厚度为18毫米，密度板层1的表面设有凹凸图案3，用三聚氰胺贴面板层2覆盖在密度板层1上。
三聚氰胺贴面板层2为将色纸、木纹纸或仿木纹纸在“三聚氰胺”透明树脂溶液中浸泡之后形成的胶膜纸贴覆在密度板层1上，经300吨/平方米的高压及200摄氏度高温下热压复合而成。
把本实用新型的面板固装在框架上，就制作成免漆门了。
