一种沼气池提料器,包括拉杆、拉绳、筒体、活塞总成、底阀、出料三通,其特征在于:出料三通上面连接有减压板,减压板上面连接三通溢流管,三通溢流管上面连接密封板,活塞总成设在筒体的下部。本实用新型在出料三通上面连接有减压板,减压板上面连接三通溢流管,三通溢流管上面连接密封板,因此经减压板减压后的粪水进入三通溢流管,由于密封板的阻挡,只能沿三通溢流管流出回到沼气池,从根本上改善了操作者所处的环境卫生;活塞总成设在筒体的下部以不妨碍底阀开闭为度,保证活塞总成始终工作在提料器的下部,相对筒体外池内料液层中,使活塞向上运动时,靠料液的自重和筒体内外料液的高度差产生的压力作用,料液经底阀流入筒体内,省力。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池提料器。
背景技术
目前,沼气池出料器筒体上部只设有密封板,上提拉杆时容易往外喷粪;另外,活塞总成位于筒体中上部,液面过低时需加水引料,在真空作用下往上抽,特别费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不喷粪、提料省力的沼气池提料器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种沼气池提料器,包括拉杆、拉绳、筒体、活塞总成、底阀、出料三通,其特征在于:出料三通上面连接有减压板,减压板上面连接三通溢流管,三通溢流管上面连接密封板,活塞总成设在筒体的下部。
为了减小提拉阻力和刮除附着于筒体内壁的粘性附着物,活塞总成中倒置的U形螺栓上部固定连接有导向环。
为了有利于料液的流出,出料三通采用斜三通。
本实用新型在出料三通上面连接有减压板,减压板上面连接三通溢流管,三通溢流管上面连接密封板,因此经减压板减压后的粪水进入三通溢流管,由于密封板的阻挡,只能沿三通溢流管流出回到沼气池,从根本上改善了操作者所处的环境卫生,同时兼作扶稳提料器的手柄;活塞总成设在筒体的下部以不妨碍底阀开闭为度,保证活塞总成始终工作在提料器的下部,相对筒体外池内料液层中,使活塞向上运动时,靠料液的自重和筒体内外料液的高度差产生的压力作用,料液经底阀流入筒体内,而不是吸入筒体内,因此提拉用力远远低于真空抽吸所用的力气。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型包括拉杆1、拉绳8、筒体9、活塞总成、底阀13、出料斜三通7,出料斜三通出口向下斜45度,上面连接有减压板6,减压板上面通过连接套5连接三通溢流管4,三通溢流管上面连接密封板3,密封板上面设有抗拉杆冲击的加强套2,活塞总成设在筒体的下部,活塞总成中倒置的U形螺栓11上部固定连接有导向环10。
使用时,将提料器插入沼气池出料间里并靠紧出料间壁,左手握三通溢流管扶稳提料器,右手上下拉动拉杆,带动活塞总成在筒体下部往复运动。当活塞总成向上运动时,活塞总成中的密封滑阀12关闭,密封滑阀上的料液被向上提升,从出料斜三通流出,同时底阀打开,料液在内外液面高度差和自重的作用下,经底阀有效截面进入下部筒体内;当拉杆推动活塞总成向下运动时,底阀关闭,密封滑阀打开,筒体内料液进入密封滑阀上部,如此周而复始将池内料液源源不断的提出。

1.一种沼气池提料器,包括拉杆、拉绳、筒体、活塞总成、底阀、出料三通,其特征在于:出料三通上面连接有减压板,减压板上面连接三通溢流管,三通溢流管上面连接密封板,活塞总成设在筒体的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气池提料器,其特征在于:活塞总成中倒置的U形螺栓上部固定连接有导向环。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的沼气池提料器,其特征在于:出料三通采用斜三通。
