背景技术
中性笔具有书写流畅、价格便宜等优点，因此，广受人们喜爱，但是，由于中性笔下水快，一只笔芯很快就会用完，需要经常更换笔芯，目前存在的中性笔的上下笔筒通过螺纹连接，更换笔芯时需要拧下上笔筒，操作麻烦，还容易丢失上笔筒。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种更换笔芯方便的中性笔。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括上笔筒、下笔筒和笔芯，所述的上笔筒包括右半上笔筒和左半上笔筒，右半上笔筒和左半上笔筒的下端各通过一个转轴与下笔筒相铰接，右半上笔筒的上端的左侧设有扣件，扣件为凹面朝上的弧形板，当左半上笔筒和右半上笔筒并到一起时，左半上笔筒的上端进入到扣件的内侧。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型在一推一合之后即完成更换笔芯，十分方便，在更换过程中，上下笔筒一直连接在一起，上笔筒不会丢掉。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种中性笔，它包括上笔筒、下笔筒6和笔芯4，上笔筒包括右半上笔筒2和左半上笔筒3，右半上笔筒2和左半上笔筒3的下端各通过一个转轴5与下笔筒6相铰接，右半上笔筒2的上端的左侧设有扣件1，扣件1为凹面朝上的弧形板，当左半上笔筒3和右半上笔筒2并到一起时，左半上笔筒3的上端进入到扣件1的内侧。
使用方法：正常使时，本中性笔呈如图1所示的状态，当需要更换笔芯时，一手握着下笔筒6，大拇指推动扣件1，使得右半上笔筒2向右转动，使左半上笔筒3脱出扣件1，上笔筒打开，呈如图2所示状态，取出笔芯4更换上新笔芯4，然后合拢右半上笔筒2和左半上笔筒3，使左半上笔筒3进入到扣件1的内侧。
