技术领域
本实用新型涉及光伏/风电装置的通风散热装置，具体涉及一种逆变装置的进/出风口防水、防尘的通风散热装置。
背景技术
光伏/风力并网发电技术是可再生能源技术发展的重要组成部分，近几年也获得了长足发展，部分技术实现了商业化，但还存在一些不足。目前，为了解决户外逆变装置散热问题，有些采用在逆变装置的箱体上安装风扇即风冷方式来散热；，这样外面的水及灰尘很容易通过风扇进风孔进入箱体内，从而影响整机的使用性能，甚至造成装置的损坏。因此，设计一种良好的防水防尘的通风结构是逆变器厂家必须解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足，设计开发出了一种既能防水防尘又能很好通风的结构。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种逆变装置的通风散热装置，包括安装在箱体内底部的风扇，安装在风扇出风口固定在箱体外侧的风扇罩，所述的风扇罩底部开有若干个同圆心的圆环状沉槽，圆环沉槽的侧壁开有多个通风孔。
一种逆变装置的通风散热装置，所述的风扇罩内在箱体外侧面上附着有海绵块。
本实用新型风扇罩顶部开有若干个同圆心的圆环状沉槽，其侧壁开有若干个通风孔，从风扇罩的正面看不到通风孔。从模具成型的角度来说，通风孔通过模具的碰穿工艺来实现，通过碰穿工艺成型的通风孔可避免雨水直接进入风扇罩；风扇罩有一定的厚度，确保风扇罩顶部的若干个通风孔和风扇有一定的距离，即便有少量的水进入风扇罩里，由海绵垫起隔离作用，也不会到达风机的位置；在重力的作用下，这些少量的水都会通过风扇罩的若干个通风孔渗出来，起到防水、防尘、通风的作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实用新型包括安装在箱体2内底部的风扇4，安装在风扇4出风口固定在箱体2外侧的风扇罩6，风扇罩6底部开有若干个同圆心的圆环状沉槽1，圆环沉槽1的侧壁开有多个通风孔3。风扇罩6内在箱体2外侧面上附着有海绵块5。在风扇4的作用下，将箱体2外部冷空气抽进箱体2内，起到强迫送风散热作用。风扇罩6顶部开有若干个圆环状沉槽1，通过碰穿工艺成型的通风孔3可避免雨水直接进入风扇罩6；另外风扇罩6有一定的厚度，确保风扇罩6顶部的若干个通风孔3和风扇4有一定的距离，即便有少量的水进入所述风扇罩6里，由海绵垫5起隔离作用，也不会到达风扇4的位置；在重力的作用下，这些少量的水都会通过风扇罩6的若干个通风孔3渗出来，起到防水、防尘、通风的作用。

1.一种逆变装置的通风散热装置，包括安装在箱体内底部的风扇，安装在风扇出风口固定在箱体外侧的风扇罩，其特征在于所述的风扇罩底部开有若干个同圆心的圆环状沉槽，圆环沉槽的侧壁开有多个通风孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变装置的通风散热装置，其特征在于所述的风扇罩内在箱体外侧面上附着有海绵块。
