Abstract
一种燃用生物质秸秆成型燃料的常压热水锅炉，其特征在于，在锅炉内胆(3)的上部布置错排的水管管束(2)，在锅炉中部设倒L板式换热器(12)，板式换热器将炉膛隔成左右两区，右侧布置燃料仓(5)，燃料仓(5)的上部被板式换热器封死；左侧及下部是高温燃烧区，燃料仓大于燃烧区，锅体内留有正向进风道(9)及反向进风道(6)两次供风通道。一次加料可燃烧4-6小时，连续燃烧，加料不影响燃烧，供暖温度稳定。

本实用新型涉及一种锅炉，燃用生物质秸秆成型燃料的常压热水锅炉。
背景技术
目前，现有的小型热水锅炉大都采用正烧，双层炉排，下加煤等传统方式，造成炉排易烧损，燃烧阻力大，存在周期性，有的需要风机，飞灰率高，燃烧效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述存在问题，提出了一种新的、正反双向进风的燃烧方式，主要针对挥发份占70％的生物质秸秆成型燃料的燃烧，开发出的专用锅炉。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在锅炉内胆(3)的上部布置错排的水管管束(2)，在锅炉中部设倒L板式换热器(12)，板式换热器将炉膛隔成左右两区，右侧布置燃料仓(5)，燃料仓(5)的上部被板式换热器封死；左侧及下部是高温燃烧区，板式换热器左、右两侧与内胆壁(3)的距离比1/3∶2/3，板式换热器的底部距炉栅的距离为200mm左右，燃料仓大于燃烧区，锅体内留有正向进风道(9)及反向进风道(6)两次供风通道。
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过上述构思将秸秆燃烧释放出的大量可燃挥发份(烟)，由反向进风强制带领可燃挥发份反向穿越火层，在高温燃烧区在正向进风的配合下，得到彻底燃烧，达到无烟燃烧的目的。

具体实施方式
锅炉点燃后，从加料斗(4)向燃料仓(5)加满生物质秸秆成型燃料，在正向进风道(9)提供一次风的作用下，生物质秸秆在炉栅上进行氧化燃烧，燃料仓(5)上方的燃料会被加热干燥后(100℃-105℃)释放出挥发份(烟)，由于烟囱的抽力和倒L型板式换热器的阻挡，会使反向进风(7)(二次风)先向下，然后绕过板式换热器再向上。反向进风会带领料层中释放出的可燃挥发份(烟)穿过高温氧化区，得到完全燃烧达到无烟燃烧效果。高温烟气先经板式换热器的两面及内胆表面，经传导、辐射、对流换热后，烟气再沿错排的水管外壁流过、碰撞、冲刷管壁延长了换热时间，增加了换热面积，降低了排烟温度。正反向进风的动力均来自烟囱的抽力，不使用动力，静态燃烧，既节能又环保。

1.一种燃用生物质秸秆成型燃料的常压热水锅炉，其特征在于，在锅炉内胆(3)的上部布置错排的水管管束(2)，在锅炉中部设倒L板式换热器(12)，板式换热器将炉膛隔成左右两区，右侧布置燃料仓(5)，燃料仓(5)的上部被板式换热器封死；左侧及下部是高温燃烧区，燃料仓大于燃烧区，锅体内留有正向进风道(9)及反向进风道(6)两次供风通道。
