本实用新型涉及照明装置,具体涉及大功率电子节能灯。
背景技术:
节能灯因其具有突出的节电效果和柔和舒适的光照环境,得到了广泛的推广使用,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,以及能源供应紧张(电价高)等因素,节能灯更成为人们的首选照明产品。但目前得到广泛推广使用的节能灯大部份是小功率的,适合用于家庭、办公场所的照明,而大功率节能灯由于一些技术问题未能得到很好解决,导致使用寿命短,限制了其生产以及推广使用。众所周知,节能灯的原理是通过汞原子电离后产生的特定波长紫外线激发荧光粉发光,汞气体在放电过程中,由于灯芯周围温度高,钨丝蒸发快,易造成钨丝熔断,或者造成灯闪,或者造成灯管端部发黑,这些都将影响大功率节能灯的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有冷端的节能灯管,可有效降低钨丝蒸发速度,克服因钨丝蒸发快造成的产品使用寿命短等缺陷。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
带有冷端的节能灯管,包括单阴极灯管,双阴极灯管,特点是所述冷端为一盲管,盲管的管口连接于灯管,并与灯管连通。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,盲管连通于灯管总长度的中部位置。盲管的管径至少为5mm,盲管的长度至少为20mm。
小于上述的管径、以及长度要求的最小尺寸,对灯管的调节效果不好。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
本实用新型由于在灯管总长度的中部位置设置有盲管,因此可有效降低钨丝蒸发速度,克服因钨丝蒸发快造成的产品使用寿命短等缺陷。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,带有冷端的节能灯管,包括单阴极灯管,双阴极灯管。所述冷端为一盲管2,盲管2管口连接于灯管1,并与灯管1连通。
仍如图1所示,盲管2设置于灯管1总长度的中部位置。盲管2的管径为10mm,其长度至为40mm。盲管2内壁面荧光粉涂层与灯管1内壁面荧光粉涂层相一致。

1.带有冷端的节能灯管,包括单阴极灯管,双阴极灯管,其特征在于:所述冷端为一盲管(2),盲管(2)管口连接于灯管(1),并与灯管(1)连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有冷端的节能灯管,其特征在于:盲管(2)设置于灯管(1)总长度的中部位置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带有冷端的节能灯管,其特征在于:盲管(2)的管径至少为5mm,盲管(2)的长度至少为20mm。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的带有冷端的节能灯管,其特征在于:盲管(2)内壁面荧光粉涂层与灯管(1)内壁面荧光粉涂层相一致。
