本实用新型涉及一种鞋垫，尤其是一种箬叶鞋垫。
背景技术
目前，制作鞋垫的材料主要有绵料及塑料，绵料具有吸水性及透气性好等特点，而塑料虽然吸水性及透气性较差，但是它的强度高，不易损坏。用绵料及塑料纤维来制作鞋垫时，通常是采用纺织成型的方式；用塑料制作鞋垫时还可采用模具成型的方式；所得到的鞋垫中，含绵量高的鞋垫保暖性好，因此不适合在夏天使用，而且清洗也比较麻烦；而塑料含量多的鞋垫由于吸水性及透气性差，因此除臭效果差，并且容易引起静电刺激皮肤。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种箬叶鞋垫，它对皮肤无刺激，透气性好，除臭效果理想，穿着舒适凉爽，容易清洗，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的：箬叶鞋垫，包括箬叶片，箬叶片之间为平行排列构成箬叶层，每层箬叶层在相同的排列方向上叠合并缝合为一体，构成鞋垫形状的面层，并在面层的边缘设有包边。
箬叶层为2层或2层以上。
在两个相同的排列方向的箬叶层之间设置排列方向垂直的箬叶层。
在面层的底面连接一层保护层。
箬叶，俗称竹箬、箬皮，即箬竹的叶子。休宁县出口的箬叶，称作“徽顶”箬叶。在徽州最好的箬叶主要分布在岭南山脉一带.主要有屯溪的龙田，歙县的后山村，雁州村，璜尉乡及长陔乡.
箬叶具有良好的防潮、防风、防腐蚀等特性，可用于搭工棚、编斗笠、包棕子等。箬叶的叶面宽大，柔软质韧，具有天然的香味。
由于采用了上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用将箬叶叶平行排列并缝合为一体制作成鞋垫，该结构的透气性好，而且由于箬叶的散热性强，因此穿着凉爽，并且由于箬叶具有天然的香味，因此作为鞋垫还具有除臭的作用；同时箬叶鞋垫的表面光滑，容易进行清洗。本实用新型还具有结构简单，容易制作，使用效果好等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：箬叶鞋垫的结构如图1所示，将箬叶片1采摘下来清洗并干燥，将干燥后的箬叶片1平行排列组成箬叶层2，将6层箬叶层2进行叠合，底部的2层箬叶层2与顶部的2层箬叶层2的箬叶片1排列方向相同，中间2层箬叶层2与其他箬叶层2的排列方向垂直，将它们缝合为一体，再利用冲压机将其冲压为鞋垫形状的面层3，并在面层2的边缘缝知一层包边4；最后在面层3的底面连接一层保护层5(保护层5可以采用无纺布、布料或丝网作为材料进行制作)。
由于将箬叶片1缝合为一体的结构中空隙多，因此面层2的透气性好，并且箬叶片1的叶面宽大，将其缝合在一起后稳定性好，不易起毛，而且有利于足底的按摩；箬叶的天然香味具有良好除臭的作用；并且可以调整面层3中的箬叶层2层数来得到柔软程度不同的鞋垫，随着箬叶层2层数的增加产品的柔软性得到提高，但是制作成本相应增加，因此将箬叶层2的层数控制在6～10层是最合适工业化生产的范围。

1.一种箬叶鞋垫，包括箬叶片(1)，其特征在于：箬叶片(1)之间为平行排列构成箬叶层(2)，每层箬叶层(2)在相同的排列方向上叠合并缝合为一体，构成鞋垫形状的面层(3)，并在面层(2)的边缘设有包边(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箬叶鞋垫，其特征在于：箬叶层(2)为2层或2层以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的箬叶鞋垫，其特征在于：在两个相同的排列方向的箬叶层(2)之间设置排列方向垂直的箬叶层(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的箬叶鞋垫，其特征在于：在面层(3)的底面连接一层保护层(5)。
