在工程机械设备领域，尤其是油路管件应用领域，由于设备使用的需要，要求油路管件必须具备抗拉、抗震、抗高压的特点。因此，油路管件的胶管接头部位的结构和性能的好坏，显得尤为重要。胶管接头内芯是胶管接头的重要部件。在实际使用过程中，目前通常使用的胶管接头内芯锥度头，通常采用单O形槽结构，在实际使用过程中，常因为加工或装配误差，使管路出现渗漏现象，影响了机器的正常使用，使机器使用寿命大大缩短。

本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：双密封胶管接头内芯，包括芯尾和锥度头；其特征在于所述锥度头上设有两道O形槽。
所述O形槽内设有压紧环。
本实用新型的有益效果是：使用内芯锥度头具有两道O形槽的胶管接头，有效的弥补了目前使用单O形管密封的缺陷，具有抗拉、抗震、抗高压，管路接头不易渗漏的优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一个实施例的结构，如附图所示，双密封胶管接头包括芯尾1、锥度头2、O形槽3、压紧环4。芯尾1为传统胶管接头内芯结构，在芯尾1相对一端锥度头2上设有两道O形槽3。在实际使用中，为了提高内芯密封性和装配牢固度，在两道O形槽3内设置有压紧环4。
