使用时，人们通过插座(5)接上12伏直流电压时，脚放入足疗鞋中，此时振动器(3)开始工作，同时9个气孔颗粒(2)开始振动，对脚心穴位按摩，活动血液，有保健作用。
本实用新型具有结构简单，成本低，制作方便，效果好。
