背景技术
现有纯水蒸汽发生器大多使用电加热产生纯水蒸气,单一能源,不能满足对能源的多种需要,应用受限。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种纯水蒸汽发生器,使用不同能源,应用灵活方便。
本实用新型所述的纯水蒸汽发生器,壳体内设有电热管,壳体顶部设有蒸汽出口,壳体底部设有注水口和排水口,其特征在于壳体内增设加热盘管,加热盘管的一端连接工业蒸汽管,另一端连接回水管。从而实现既可利用电加热,又可利用工业蒸汽进行加热。
将电热管置于加热盘管中,结构紧凑,热效率高。
本实用新型纯水蒸汽发生器,增设了加热盘管,既可利用电加热,又可利用工业蒸汽进行加热,可配备使用不同能源,应用灵活方便。

具体实施方式
结合上述实施例附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示,本实用新型所述的纯水蒸汽发生器,壳体3顶部设有蒸汽出口4,壳体3底部设有注水口10和排水口9,壳体3一侧设有上下水位传感器6、7,壳体3内设有电热管2,还设有加热盘管2,加热盘管2的一端连接工业蒸汽进口5,另一端连接回水管8,电热管1置于加热盘管2中。
使用时,将纯水通过注水泵注入壳体3内,水位情况由上下水位传感器6、7控制。加热方式可以利用电能由电热管1加热,也可以利用工业蒸汽由加热盘管2加热,满足对多种能源的应用需求。纯水被加热后产生的纯水蒸汽由蒸汽出口4引出,提供供应。

1.一种纯水蒸汽发生器,壳体内设有电热管,壳体顶部设有蒸汽出口,壳体底部设有注水口和排水口,其特征在于壳体内还设有加热盘管,加热盘管的一端连接工业蒸汽管,另一端连接回水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯水蒸汽发生器,其特征在于电热管置于加热盘管中。
