【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种日光灯灯头，尤其是指一种拆装方便的LED日光灯灯头。
【背景技术】
就目前的技术水平而论，LED照明技术与传统照明技术相比，具有发光效率高、大幅度节能、寿命长和环保等优点，确立了其作为下一代照明的最佳选择。大量LED照明产品如雨后春笋般出现，其中，日光灯以其高效节能而受到人们喜爱。现下许多公司推出了新一代LED日光灯产品。LED日光灯外部采用传统日光灯管结构，两端设置有连接端子，光源则替换为LED灯。日光灯灯头的连接目前多用粘合，当产品需要维修时，拆装非常不便。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于克服了上述缺陷，提供一种结构简易巧妙易于拆装的LED日光灯灯头。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，它包括灯头外壳、凸台和挡板，挡板上设有卡扣。其改进之处在于：一种易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，它包括灯头盖，灯头盖上设有铜柱端子，其改进之处在于：灯头盖内侧底面设有可摭盖灯管内部电线并起防转动卡固作用的挡板，于挡板顶端还设有可扣接相应PCB的倒扣卡柱；

相比于常见的日光灯灯头，本实用新型的有益效果在于灯头盖中设置活扣挡板，使得整个灯头盖通过挡板卡扣与电路板卡接可实现快速拆装，同时该挡板可起到摭挡灯管内部电线的装饰作用。加之灯头盖的挡板贴近电路板且宽大，可防止灯头盖相对于日光灯体的转动，而灯头盖内侧底面与侧壁相交处更是设有突起台阶，可有效防止灯头盖内端子与灯管型材端面距离过近而可能的漏电时间，保证了产品使用的安全性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型具体实施例进行详细阐述。
如图1、2所示，本实用新型涉及一种易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，它包括灯头盖1，灯头盖上1设有铜柱端子101，灯头盖1内侧底面设有可摭盖灯管内部电线并起防转动卡固作用的挡板2，挡板2由具有一定强度的弹性材料制成，其顶端还设有可扣接相应PCB的倒扣卡柱201。灯头盖1内侧底面设有透气通孔3，底面与侧壁相交处设有用于防止金属灯管与其内铜柱端101相触的突起台阶4。所述整个灯头盖1及其内挡板2由PC材质塑料一体成型。
安装灯头时，将挡板置于PCB上往灯管长度方向推进，当倒扣卡柱201碰到PCB板时，挡板2往上弯曲变形，扣进PCB的缺口后，挡板2恢复形状，扣住PCB板.拆卸时，拆卸过程和挡板2的活动与安装过程相反，往外拨出即可。这种结构简单，装卸方便，利于维护。挡板2宽大的面积摭挡内部电线，起装饰作用。挡板2贴近PCB板，可防止灯头盖1相对于灯管转动。此外，灯头盖1上设有透气通孔3，可有效防止灯管内部气压差产生内部压力。灯头盖1底面与侧壁相交处设有防止金属日光灯管型材与铜柱端子靠近的台阶4，使两者之间有足够的爬电距离，保证电路安全。

1.一种易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，它包括灯头盖，灯头盖上设有铜柱端子，其特征在于：灯头盖内侧底面设有可摭盖灯管内部电线并起防转动卡固作用的挡板，于挡板顶端还设有可扣接相应PCB的倒扣卡柱。
2.如权利要求1所述的易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，其特征在于：所述灯头盖内侧底面与侧壁相交处设有用于防止金属灯管与其内铜柱端相触的突起台阶。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，其特征在于：所述灯头盖上设有透气通孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，其特征在于：所述挡板由具有一定强度的弹性材料制成。
5.如权利要求4所述的易拆装式LED日光灯灯头，其特征在于：所述灯头盖及其内挡板由PC材质塑料一体成型。
