背景技术
LED灯由于其光效高,无辐射和低功耗的特点,自其问世以来越来越受到人们的欢迎。随着科学技术的进步,LED灯也不断得到了创新和发展,其相比其他照明方式的优点也越来越突出。可以预测,LED灯的普及速度会不断加快。然而LED灯在其发展过程中却始终有一个问题困扰着其生产者和使用者,那就是其散热问题。如果LED灯工作过程中产生的热量不及时散发,其寿命会受到很大影响。现有的LED散热普遍采用散热片方式散热。虽然也能起到一定的散热作用,但是其散热效果不够理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好散热性能的LED路灯,可以大大提高其使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:LED路灯,包括透明灯罩、外壳、LED二极管、线路板、散热片,所述LED二极管焊接在所述线路板上,所述散热片背部设有排风扇罩,所述排风扇罩上设有排风扇。
所述线路板为两块成一斜角的线路板,更加大光照角度和光普距离。
所述散热片为铝合金散热片。
所述外壳为铝合金外壳。
所述外壳为双层铝合金外壳,使产品更加密封和保证质量。
本实用新型由于采用上述技术方案,LED高亮度灯泡在散热片后部安装有排风扇,在工作过程中产生的热量可及时散发,使灯泡温度保持在不超过40℃,大大提高了其使用寿命,这样使产品更加节能耐用。

图1、图2所示为本实用新型LED路灯,包括透明灯罩1、外壳2、LED二极管3、线路板4、散热片5,所述LED二极管3焊接在所述线路板4上,所述散热片5背部设有排风扇罩6,所述排风扇罩6上设有排风扇7。所述线路板4为两块成一斜角的线路板。所述散热片5为铝合金散热片。所述外壳2为铝合金外壳。所述外壳2为双层铝合金外壳。透明灯罩1采用高强度克力透明面板,使它光照更加明亮,电路采用变压恒流系统,更好的保证灯具所用电流的稳定性。

1.LED路灯,包括透明灯罩(1)、外壳(2)、LED二极管(3)、线路板(4)、散热片(5),所述LED二极管(3)焊接在所述线路板(4)上,其特征在于:所述散热片(5)背部设有排风扇罩(6),所述排风扇罩(6)上设有排风扇(7)。
