技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种汽车零部件，具体涉及一种汽车制动装置，尤其是非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸。
背景技术：
目前汽车制动系统中所使用的制动主缸和液压离合器操作机构所使用的液压主缸，在踩制动踏板或离合踏板时主要靠安装在踏板上的限位报警器进行制动报警或换档报警，由于限位报警的精度要求很高，限位报警器在装车时调整困难及工作灵敏度差。

为了解决现有的限位报警器在装车时调整困难及工作灵敏度差的问题，本实用新型提供一种非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸，该非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸通过非接触式的磁力开关触发报警器工作，有效地解决了背景技术中的问题，取消了背景技术中踏板上的限位报警器，具有结构简单、安装方便及工作灵敏度高的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸包括主缸体、活塞总成、推杆及弹簧，活塞总成安装在主缸体且其一端与推杆对应，活塞总成上设有磁环，主缸体的外壁安装有与磁环相对应的舌簧管。
所述的磁环安装在活塞总成的内部端头处。
所述的磁环外有一挡盖，弹簧压在挡盖上。
所述的磁环为磁性橡胶材料。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：由于采取上述方案，本实用新型采用了磁力行程结构，在主缸体内腔中的活塞总成上装配了磁环，在外部装配可感受磁力的舌簧管，当活塞总成运动到一定行程时，舌簧管在磁环的磁力作用下闭合，从而接通报警电路，实现报警。报警行程可根据需求在装车前进行预设，进而确定活塞总成的行程及舌簧管的位置。本实用新型有效地解决了背景技术中的问题，取消了背景技术中踏板上的限位报警器，具有结构简单、安装方便及工作灵敏度高的特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
由图1结合图2所示，该非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸包括主缸体1、活塞总成2、推杆3及弹簧4，活塞总成2安装在主缸体1且其一端与推杆3对应，活塞总成2上设有磁环5，主缸体1的外壁安装有与磁环5相对应的舌簧管7。在工作时磁环5与舌簧管7相配合实现报警功能，舌簧管7的外形如玻璃管装的保险丝，里面有两片舌簧，舌簧之间有间隙，为常开触点，当磁性物体靠近时舌簧互相吸引，间隙闭合，电路接通。当活塞总成2运动到一定行程时，舌簧管7在磁环5的磁力作用下闭合，从而接通报警电路，实现报警。报警行程可根据需求在装车前进行预设，进而确定活塞总成2的行程及舌簧管7的位置。
由图1所示，所述的磁环5安装在活塞总成2的内部端头处。磁环5可安装在活塞总成2上任一位置，本实施例为优选方式。
由图1所示，所述的磁环5外有一挡盖6，弹簧4压在挡盖6上。挡盖6对磁环5轴向限位，安装方便。
所述的磁环5为磁性橡胶材料。

1.一种非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸，包括主缸体(1)、活塞总成(2)、推杆(3)及弹簧(4)，活塞总成(2)安装在主缸体(1)且其一端与推杆(3)对应，其特征在于：活塞总成(2)上设有磁环(5)，主缸体(1)的外壁安装有与磁环(5)相对应的舌簧管(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸，其特征在于：磁环(5)安装在活塞总成(2)的内部端头处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸，其特征在于：磁环(5)外有一挡盖(6)，弹簧(4)压在挡盖(6)上。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的非接触式带刹车报警开关的液压主缸，其特征在于：磁环(5)为磁性橡胶材料。
