本实用新型公开了一种储气与水压一体式沼气池,这是在厌氧池的上中部设有储气室,储气室的前后墙体与沼气池的前后墙砌为一体,形成一个完整的储气室,储气室的左侧设有出料口,右侧设有进料口,储气室的上端设有预发酵池,储气室的上左端设有挡水墙,挡水墙的下端设有单向止回阀,储气室的上端设有导气管,沼气池进料口一侧的墙体上设有进料管,本实用新型集厌氧池、储气室、预发酵池、导气管及进出料口为一体,结构紧凑,便于建造,适应性强,沼气气体由储气室单独储存,不会对池体产生压力,池体使用寿命长,产气率高。

储气与水压一体式沼气池
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种发酵池,确切的说是一种利用农作物秸杆或杂草树叶为原料的沼气池。
背景技术:
目前,农村用的沼气池,由于其池型建造密封为一体,又无安全设施,当池内气体压力过大时,气体将无法排出,膨胀的气体往往将沼气池体胀裂产生漏气,以致于不能再用,而缩短沼气池的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种设有储气室并可自动调整压力的沼气池,解决传统沼气池无法调节池内压力,容易胀坏池体的旧式沼气池,以延长沼气池的使用寿命。
本实用新型的方案是由厌氧池、储气室、挡水墙、预发酵池、导气管及进出料口组成,其结构特点是沼气池可因地制宜设成圆形、方形、长方形、三角形或桃形等不同形状,厌氧池的上中部设有储气室,储气室的前后墙体与沼气池的前后墙砌为一体,使得内侧的中空处形成一个完整的储气室。储气室的左侧设有出料口,右侧设有进料口。储气室的上端设有预发酵池,储气室的上左端设有挡水墙,挡水墙的下端设有单向止回阀,储气室的上端设有导气管,沼气池进料口一侧的墙体上设有进料管。所述储气室上边的挡水墙设置在储气室的左上端组成预发酵池,以便于秸杆、树叶等杂物在预发酵池内预发酵,还可将挡水墙设置在储气室的上两侧,组成水压池使养殖场内的牲畜粪便直接进入进料口在厌氧池内发酵产气,所述的预发酵池同样作为水压池使用。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单,设计合理,它集厌氧池、储气室、预发酵池、导气管及进出料口为一整体,结构紧凑,便于建造,适应性强,沼气气体由储气室单独储存,不会对池体产生压力,池体使用寿命长,产气率高。

具体实施方式:
图1-3中示出的厌氧池1的上中部设有储气室6,储气室的前后墙体与沼气池前后的墙体砌为一体,储气室的左侧设有出料口2,右侧设有进料口8,储气室的上端设有预发酵池7,储气室的左上边设有挡水墙3,挡水墙的下侧设有单向止回阀5,储气室的上端设有导气管4,进料口的一侧的墙体上设有进料管9。
本实用新型以长方形池体阐述了其结构的整体方案及特征,使用时,沼气池内装满发酵的原料及接种液,这些发酵的原料产生沼气后,在关闭导气管的情况下,沼气便会储存在储气室内,储气室内的发酵液便会向下压,发酵液受到挤压后就会从挡水墙上的单向止回阀和进料口流入预发酵池,预发酵池内的秸杆、草根、垃圾等预发酵原料被发酵液浸泡后,就会被软化发酸、发酵,有利于微生物分解。当打开导气管用气时,储气室内的压力就会减小,厌氧池内的发酵液和已被软化的秸杆原料便会通过进料口进入发酵室,如此循环即能获得充足的沼气使用。
图4中示出的水压池7适应于养殖户使用,牲畜的粪便不需要预发酵,可将挡水墙3设置在储气室的上两侧,使牲畜的粪便直接排入发酵池。由于挡水墙内有单向阀,可实现厌氧池原料循环活动。

1.一种储气与水压一体式沼气池,由厌氧池、储气室、挡水墙、预发酵池、导气管及进出料口组成,其特征在于:厌氧池(1)的上中部设有储气室(6),储气室的前后墙体与沼气池前后的墙体砌为一体,储气室的左侧设有出料口(2),右侧设有进料口(8),储气室的上端设有预发酵池(7),储气室的左上边设有挡水墙(3),挡水墙的下侧设有单向止回阀(5),储气室的上端设有导气管(4),进料口的一侧的墙体上设有进料管(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储气与水压一体式沼气池,其特征在于:所述的挡水墙(3)设置在储气室的上两侧,组成水压池。
