本实用新型公开了一种MRM喷雾设备,包括水箱及高压泵、喷雾管道、喷头,所述水箱中放置MRM陶板,所述喷雾管道上包裹有MRM膜,所述喷雾管道在水箱与高压泵之间设置有过滤器,所述喷雾管道一侧设有负压加药装置;本实用新型能够降解空气中的污染物和阳离子、并能有效造成微酸性的生态平衡,起到物理的生物防疫系统的作用。

一种MRM喷雾设备
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种喷雾设备,具体涉及一种MRM喷雾设备。
背景技术
养猪、养鸡或者其他家禽家畜已经成为大型现代集约化生态农业的必备项目之一,根据实践经验和大量的数据表明,养殖场内的污染物质主要来源于群居动物的排泄物(氨、硫化氢、吲哚)。由于养殖场内动物的排污量大(一头猪每日的排泄物是人类排泄物的十倍),而粪尿的结合导致未消化的动植物蛋白在大肠杆菌、威尔氏菌等病原微生物作用下加速腐败,从而引起氨、硫化氢、吲哚等有害气体的产生,并诱发各种病原微生物衍生,再加上大量化学药品、消毒剂的使用导致养殖场内微生态失衡,宿主生存环境恶化,病原菌耐药性增强。而另一方面,升腾的气体又与空气中的微粒尘埃、病原微生物、病毒因子混合为阳离子e+合成体,给动物带来很大的灾难,病毒被诱发造成的瘟病和死亡率不断升高,经济效益下降。而现在的动物医学根本未涉及该领域,一味地使用抗生素使药物残留在食品中,给食品安全埋下了隐患,给养殖业者带来低收益。传统的养殖方法,为了散发臭气,大多采用开放式喂养,而病源微生物、病毒的传播75%都由空气来完成。养殖场内空气中氨、硫化氢、吲哚生成的阳离子(e+)和粉状饲料的超微粉尘(药物、消毒剂)相互吸附形成阳离子团在空气中浮游。正常空气中有3000-5000个细菌/m3,而病原菌、病毒(病毒的大小是细胞的1/100)的依附物便吸附在阳离子(e+)团上,当动物睡眠时(空气不被搅动),落下菌(阳离子e+)经十小时左右纷纷落下。届时富含阳离子的化合结合物被动物吸入肺部血液,引发动物呼吸系统综合症,造成动物因病死亡。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够降解空气中的污染物和阳离子、并能有效造成微酸性生态平衡的MRM喷雾设备。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种MRM喷雾设备,包括水箱及高压泵、喷雾管道、喷头,所述水箱中放置MRM陶板,所述喷雾管道上包裹有MRM膜。
更优的,所述喷雾管道在水箱与高压泵之间设置有过滤器,所述喷雾管道一侧设有负压加药装置。
在空气净化系统的水箱中放置MRM陶板,即可对水分子进行排序整理,得到优质水。喷雾管道上包裹有MRM膜,当还原水从喷头中被高压泵雾化喷出后,负水离子(水滴内部为正离子,表面为负离子)散发在养殖场内的空气中,有效吸附、中和、降解空气中的超微尘、浮游阳离子和其他污染物,达到三级森林的空气水平、净化养殖场内的空气,从而能有效防止猪流感、禽流感等瘟病的发生及传播。在疫情发生的时候,还可以在喷雾管道的一侧设置可添加生物制剂的负压加药装置,在其中加入乳酸菌(pH值在3.0~4.0之间的强酸液体)等微生物制剂,有效地造成微酸性的生态环境,起到“物理的生物防疫系统”的作用,有利于动物的健康成长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
MRM是英文Molecular Resonance Membrane的缩写,是“分子共振”之意。继五十年代美国科学家发现NMR(Nuclear MagneticResonance)“核磁共振”,并被医学界广泛应用而获得诺贝尔物理奖之后近半个世纪,MRM技术终于在经过无数次权威机构和专家临床验证,以更贴近人类日常生活细节的产品研发形态优势登上了生命科技的殿堂。MRM陶板、MRM膜是一种被称为MRM粉的材料在不同结构形态下的应用,其利用的原理即为MRM。MRM粉由多种天然极性矿物与纳米复合耐高温抗菌材料等多种无机非金属材料经精细加工而成,其配方及工艺为:把重量比10%~50%的碳、20%~60%的陶瓷、5%~25%的白云石、5%~25%的碳化钙,经真空混砂机搅拌,将搅拌后的混合原料做成颗粒状,置于无氧烧成炉中,在1100℃~1250℃的温度条件下,做8~12小时烧成。由MRM粉制成的MRM陶板、MRM膜具有MRM技术最一般的功效:分子共振、负离子发生、细胞修复,MRM喷雾设备就是通过在喷雾设备的各个部件加载MRM,使得喷雾设备喷射出来的水雾含有丰富的负离子,从而实现对空气的净化效果。
如图1所示,本实用新型公开了一种MRM喷雾设备。包括水箱1及高压泵3、水箱1与高压泵3之间设置有过滤器2,喷雾管道4连接各个部件,在喷雾管道4一侧设有负压加药装置6,负压加药装置6添加强酸性微生物制剂,喷雾管道末端设有喷头5,水箱1中放置MRM陶板8,喷雾管道4上包裹有MRM膜7。
本实用新型主要通过喷洒负离子水雾来达到空气净化的效果。外接水源的水流经MRM喷雾设备的水箱1,通过高压泵3输出到栏舍中的喷雾管道4,当经过MRM处理的水从喷头5中被高压雾化喷出后,水的表面为负电水离子,而病原菌和病毒的传播75%都在空气中浮游,当负电水离子在空气中扩散时,可以有效地吸附空气中超微尘和浮游阳离子,达到净化栏舍内环境的效果,在疫情发生的时候,又可以在负压加药装置6中加入乳酸菌原液等微生物制剂,有效地造成微酸性的微生态平衡。另外,在冬季气温低的时候,由于动物的饮水和饲料采用了该套设备,栏舍里面的氨气和其它有害气体,都被降低到最大限度,当我们把它封闭式饲养的时候,这套MRM喷雾设备可以起到提高栏舍温度的作用(提高3~5℃);在夏季,该套设备雾化运行时使用负压的排气法,当进行物理送风的时候,栏舍内的温度可以降低3℃,起到调节温度的作用。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种MRM喷雾设备,包括水箱及高压泵、喷雾管道、喷头,其特征在于:所述水箱中放置MRM陶板,所述喷雾管道上包裹有MRM膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的MRM喷雾设备,其特征在于:所述喷雾管道在水箱与高压泵之间设置有过滤器,所述喷雾管道一侧设有负压加药装置。
