目前常用的折浆搅拌机必须设置工作桥或工作平台，造价贵，有的场所还要专门制作搅拌罐，生产成本高，受到了生产场地的诸多限制，同时现有的折浆搅拌机只能在一个方向旋转，搅拌范围比较小，影响了搅拌效果，生产效率低。
