Abstract
一种预防压疮的多功能压疮垫，适用于长期卧床、瘫痪的病人，对压疮的预防和治疗有辅助作用，其技术方案是在一块长50cm*宽40cm*厚3-5cm弹力海绵上从中央向外分别切割成直径3cm、6cm、9cm三块，可以移开又可以组合为一体，根据疮面大小分别能暴露出直径3cm、6cm、9cm空间，坐疮垫外有布套，布套可以随时更换清洗消毒，也可将坐疮垫做为靠背，坐垫使用。本实用新型，使用方便，造价低廉，适用于家庭、医院使用。

本实用新型涉及一种多功能压疮圈垫，可以防止压疮的形成，对已形成的压疮能起到辅助治疗作用。
背景技术
发生压疮的患者大都是长期卧床或瘫痪的病人，一般易发生多部位的压疮，目前临床上使用的压疮圈垫对不同部位和大小的压疮不能通用，且功能单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以适用于任何部位并可作为靠背坐垫使用的多功能压疮圈垫。
本实用新型的技术方案是：它包括一块由中间向两侧逐渐增厚的的弹力海绵，从弹力海绵的中央向外切割，分别做成不同直径的3块海绵，可以组合成一体也可以分开。
弹力海绵外面有布套，布套的开口有拉锁。
上述技术方案中，弹力海绵两侧“U”型抬起可以增加受压接触面，分解压力，有利于局部的血液循环，又能起到稳定姿态的作用；根据不同的部位、压疮的大小，可以选择增减不同直径的海绵块；压疮圈垫外面有布套，可随时更换，清洗消毒；本实用新型还可以用作靠背垫或坐垫。

下面结合附图和实施例叙述本实用新型。
如图所示：
图1中的弹力海绵1为50cm(长)×40cm(宽)×3～5cm(厚)的海绵块，图2中央6海绵厚3cm，向两侧宽边处5逐渐增厚至5cm，以中央为圆心分别切割出直径为9cm、6cm、3cm的圆形海绵块4和3和2，图1中的弹力海绵1与圆形海绵块4、3、2可以组合也可以分开，图4中压疮圈垫的布套为55cm长×45cm宽大小，选用透气好的棉质布料，一侧有拉锁7。
采用本实用新型平时可以当靠背或坐垫，如防治压疮，根据压疮不同的部位、面积可以增减中央的海绵块，当布套污染后可取出海绵块进行清洁消毒后再用。

1.一种多功能压疮圈垫，其特征是：它包括一块由中间向两侧逐渐增厚的的弹力海绵，从弹力海绵的中央向外切割，分别做成直径不同的3块海绵，可以组合成一体也可以分开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能压疮圈垫，其特征是：弹力海绵外面有布套，布套的开口有拉锁。
