Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构,包括设置在触摸屏周边的四个内部设有电路板的边框,在相邻的两个所述边框之间分别设有直角连接组件,该直角连接组件的两端分别设有正导轨轴,在所述边框内设有与正导轨轴配合的滑动导轨槽,且该滑动导轨槽与所述电路板垂直。本实用新型的优点是:结构牢固,安装容易,连接后整体结构稳定性好,外观视觉效果佳。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构。
背景技术
在现有的红外线触摸屏中所使用的用于固定红外线发射、接收电路板的触摸屏框架的框架结构,其由沿触摸屏四边设置的边框组成,每个边框内分别设置电路板,其上设置相应的红外线收发单元。在触摸屏四角处的相邻两个边框之间的拼接,通常采用错位方式,即其中一个边框压在相邻边框的端头上。这样框架结构不够紧凑,不美观,安装时需要多次切割边框,步骤复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、安装方便且外形美观的红外线触摸屏的框架结构。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构,包括内部设有电路板的边框,在相邻的两个所述边框之间分别设有直角连接组件,该直角连接组件的两端分别设有正导轨轴,在所述边框内设有与正导轨轴配合的滑动导轨槽,且该滑动导轨槽与所述电路板垂直。
直角连接组件两端的正导轨轴分别插入相邻边框内的滑动导轨槽内,这样相邻两个边框通过直角连接组件插接拼接成一体,安装方便,无需使用工具进行切割,直角连接组件可以使用与边框外形一致的材料制作,触摸屏框架结构整体美观度高,视觉效果好。
在所述直角连接组件上设有与所述正导轨轴垂直的侧导轨轴,在所述边框内设有与该侧导轨轴配合的侧滑槽,设置相互配合的侧导轨轴和侧滑槽,可以增加直角连接组件与边框连接的稳固程度,同时设置的两种互相垂直的轴,也利于安装时的准确定位。
在所述的直角连接组件的两端分别设有电连接的连接器排针,在所述边框内的电路板上分别设有与连接器排针配合的连接器端子,通过连接器排针将相邻两个边框内的电路板连接起来,方便安装,同时也方便制作成标准件,减少现场制作的工序。
在所述正导轨轴上设有螺孔,用于将直角连接组件固定在边框上,可以提高连接的牢固度。
本实用新型的优点是:结构牢固,安装容易,连接后整体结构稳定性好,外观视觉效果佳。

具体实施方式
实施例:
参阅图1-5,一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构,包括一体成型中空的边框4,其内部设有带有红外线收发单元3的电路板5,边框4上设有滤光片2,用来保护红外线收发单元3。安装时,电路板5在上,红外线收发单元3在下,这样可以减少红外线收发单元与触摸屏表面的间隙,可以提高触摸识别的精度。在相邻的两个所述边框4之间设有直角连接组件11,该直角连接组件11的两端分别设有正导轨轴7,以及与所述正导轨轴7垂直的侧导轨轴6,边框4内分别设有与正导轨轴7配合的滑动导轨槽1,且该滑动导轨槽1与所述电路板5垂直,边框4内还设有与侧导轨轴6配合的侧滑槽10,滑动导轨槽1和侧滑槽10也相互垂直。
在直角连接组件11的两端分别设有电连接的连接器排针9,在边框4内的电路板5上分别设有与连接器排针9配合的连接器端子12,通过连接器排针9将相邻两个边框4内的电路板5电连接起来。
直角连接组件11的正导轨轴7上设有螺孔8,可以使用螺钉将其固定在边框4上。

Claims (4)
1.一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构,包括设置在触摸屏周边的四个内部设有电路板的边框,其特征在于:在相邻的两个所述边框之间分别设有直角连接组件,该直角连接组件的两端分别设有正导轨轴,在所述边框内设有与正导轨轴配合的滑动导轨槽,且该滑动导轨槽与所述电路板垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构,其特征在于:在所述直角连接组件上设有与所述正导轨轴垂直的侧导轨轴,在所述边框内设有与该侧导轨轴配合的侧滑槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构,其特征在于:在所述的直角连接组件的两端分别设有电连接的连接器排针,在所述边框内的电路板上分别设有与连接器排针配合的连接器端子。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种红外线触摸屏的框架结构,其特征在于:在所述正导轨轴上设有螺孔。
