Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种改进的、汽车使用的清洁用具。
背景技术
汽车刷是汽车常备的一种清洁用具，常用的主要有两种结构，一种由手柄和刷头组成，在刷头的一面设有刷毛；另一种由手柄杆和刷毛组成，刷毛直接固定在手柄杆的端部。由于结构的缘故，上述汽车刷的刷头、手柄杆均采用金属、硬塑料或木材等硬质材料制造，硬质材料在擦拭过程中很容易造成刷面受力不均，擦净率差，而且在擦拭顽固污渍时用力过大，容易将车体刮伤。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述已有技术之缺陷而提供一种擦净率高、使用方便，不易擦伤汽车的便携式汽车刷。
本实用新型所称问题是由以下技术方案解决的：
一种便携式汽车刷，它包括刷柄、刷杆和刷头，所述刷头由刷柄、基板、刷板和刷毛组成，其中，刷柄一端为延伸的支撑板，另一端与刷杆固接，基板为柔性板状体，其下侧面为凹槽，刷板嵌于凹槽内，两者在周边热压固定成一体，支撑板即插接于两者形成的间隙内；刷板上密布刷毛。
上述便携式汽车刷，所述刷杆为伸缩杆结构，伸缩杆一端设置刷柄，刷柄外部套装柔性套管。
上述便携式汽车刷，所述刷板上设置多条平行并列的刷毛，所述刷毛为吸水棉线或吸水纱线。
本实用新型结构合理，采用硬质支撑板和柔性基板相互压合的方式，在保证刷头强度的条件下、使刷头柔韧性较好，擦净率高，不伤车体。刷毛均匀有序地排列在刷板上，刷板整体热压或缝制在基板上，结实耐用，使用寿命长。刷杆采用伸缩杆结构，便于收藏和操作。
本实用新型的柔性片状基板采用色泽美观，耐磨性好的热塑性橡胶材料，制作工艺简单，成本低，可批量生产；本实用新型结构简单，可拆装、容易携带，刷体质量轻，使用方便。

具体实施方式
参看图1、图2，本实用新型设有刷柄1、刷杆2和刷头3，刷杆和刷头可拆装的连接在一起，所述刷头的后端连接在刷杆前端，刷头的连接部向下折弯，折弯部前端为扁平状毛刷头，扁平状毛刷头由上到下分别为基板5、支撑板4和刷板7，所述支撑板与刷头折弯部一体设置，其中，支撑板小于基板，两者连接在一起，基板周边的凸缘部分和与刷板固定；所述刷板为片状柔性材料，刷板上缝接上多条平行并列的刷毛6，刷毛为吸水棉线或吸水纱线。刷杆采用伸缩杆的结构，刷杆尾端为刷柄，所述刷柄外部套装柔性套管。本实用新型采用硬质支撑板和柔性基板相互压合的方式，基板采用柔性材料，如热塑性橡胶(TPR)、牛津材料、热塑性弹性体，等等，这是一种兼具橡胶和热塑性塑料特性之材料，在保证刷头强度的条件下、使刷头柔韧性较好，方便于擦拭污渍而又不伤车体。毛刷头设置为扁平状，可清洗到汽车缝隙、手把、轮胎等凹凸死角处，擦净率高，没有划伤。

1.一种便携式汽车刷，其特征在于，它包括刷柄(1)、刷杆(2)和刷头(3)，所述刷头由刷柄、基板(5)、刷板和刷毛组成，其中，刷柄一端为延伸的支撑板(4)，另一端与刷杆(2)固接，基板为柔性板状体，其下侧面为凹槽，刷板嵌于凹槽内，两者在周边热压固定成一体，支撑板即插接于两者形成的间隙内；刷板上密布刷毛(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式汽车刷，其特征在于：所述刷杆为伸缩杆结构，伸缩杆一端设置刷柄，刷柄外部套装柔性套管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式汽车刷，其特征在于：所述刷板上设置多条平行并列的刷毛，所述刷毛为吸水棉线或吸水纱线。
