本实用新型所采用的具体方案是：一种笔套式转笔刀，它的结构包括外壳、笔夹、刀片、螺丝钉和笔杆凹槽组成，其特征在于：整体刀座是粘在外壳的内壁上，在与刀座相对应的外壳上有铅笔末倒出口。
由于采用上述技术方案，使用时，将铅笔插入到笔套式转笔刀内，开始转动，铅笔末会从一侧口内倒出，在削完铅笔后进行使用，在使用过后还可将铅笔再放回到笔套式转笔刀内，具有有效的保护铅笔在非使用期内不易被跌断等意外状况的发生，为下一次使用提供方便，且笔夹式设计，可以将铅笔像钢笔、圆珠笔等一类笔一样夹到任何想夹的位置的优点。
