技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种卫生间厢体，特别涉及一种广泛应用于机车、客车、航空、船舶、公共场所等人流比较大的场合的卫生间厢体。
背景技术
拼装式整体卫生间厢体是一种框架结构，相当于一个“房子”，里面可以安装便器，供人使用。
现有以下4种卫生间厢体结构：1、钢骨架焊钢板结构，但不锈钢板价格太高，普通碳钢板又容易生锈；2、钢骨架加玻璃钢结构，此结构厢体内容易有异味，且有机玻璃钢制作过程中对人体有害；3、钢骨架与蜂窝铝板结构，此种结构合理，但价位太高；4、普通复合板结构，强度难以保证且不美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术提供一种拼装式整体卫生间厢体，使其结构简单、价格适中、外观美观。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
拼装式整体卫生间厢体，包括门、骨架、墙板，其特征在于：所述的骨架为铝合金型材，所述的墙板由防火板、无机玻璃钢、发泡体、铝板压制而成。
上述铝板外表面设一涂层。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：
1、骨架采用铝合金型材，满足强度要求，厢体安装方便。
2、墙板具有很好的刚性，能够承受一定的撞击，表面光洁，纹理可以任意选择；墙板具有防火性能，能承受高低温。
3、厢体组装完毕后不需要整体涂油漆，因此制作方便。
4、整个厢体外观漂亮，具有防火、防潮、耐腐蚀的特点，产品质量轻。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示，拼装式整体卫生间厢体，包括骨架1、墙板2和门3。
上述骨架1为用模具拉伸的铝合金型材，骨架1间用连接件4连接。
上述厢体的连接件4之间放置螺杆，厢体采用螺接的方式连接。
上述墙板2采用由防火板21、无机玻璃钢24、发泡体23、铝板25压制而成的复合板，见图2，既具有防火功能，又具有很好的刚性。
上述墙板2外侧的铝板层25在压制之前先喷漆，这样成型后就不用喷漆。

1、拼装式整体卫生间厢体，包括门、骨架、墙板，其特征在于：所述的骨架为铝合金型材，所述的墙板由防火板、无机玻璃钢、发泡体、铝板压制而成。
2、如权利要求1所述的拼装式整体卫生间厢体，其特征在于：所述的铝板外表面设一涂层。
