Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电池隔圈、电芯保护结构以及动力电池,所述电池隔圈设有与电芯上端中部吻合的极耳通过区以及位于所述极耳通过区两侧的电芯圆角容纳区,所述电芯圆角容纳区为由所述隔圈边缘与所述极耳通过区及隔圈上表面围合而成的槽状结构,所述极耳通过区包括至少一个贯穿隔圈的极耳孔。所述电芯保护结构呈框架形状,并具有两个上述电池隔圈以及与电池隔圈固定连接的两个侧板。所述动力电池包括至少一个位于所述电芯保护结构内的电芯。这样,所述电池隔圈通过两侧的电芯圆角容纳区实现对电芯上部的保护;所述电芯保护结构形成了电芯的骨架,可在电池周转、使用以及生产过程中给予电芯很好的保护,增强了单体电池的防振及安全性能。

Description

电池隔圈、电芯保护结构以及动力电池
技术领域
本实用新型涉及动力电池技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种电池隔圈、具有该电池隔圈的电芯保护结构以及动力电池。
背景技术
在石油等不可再生资源日渐枯竭,环境污染越发严重的背景下,人们对新能源汽车所寄予很大的期望。而动力电池则是新能源汽车的心脏,由于汽车具有较高的机动性,其在使用过程中会经常发生振动、撞击等现象,这就对动力电池的安全性和可靠性提出了极高的要求。
在现有技术中,动力电池通常包括正极、负极、由多层柔性体叠合而成的电芯、电解液、电池盖板以及电池壳等,在电芯与电池盖板间还设有隔圈。动力电池的容量高,体积大,其内部的电芯也具有体积大的特点。同时由于电芯是由多层柔性体叠合而成的,其在周转过程容易受到损伤;对于包含多个电芯的电池,电芯之间的组合定位也存在困难;在电池装配过程中,特别是将电池壳套设于电芯上时,电芯与电池壳壁之间的摩擦也会给电芯带来很大的伤害;在电池使用过程中,汽车的振动、颠簸会使电芯在电池壳内产生窜动,对电芯也会产生很大损伤,致使集流体破损,隔膜打皱,极片掉料,对焊点的冲击等,从而给电池的使用带来很大的安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题之一在于提供一种电池隔圈,其在满足绝缘要求的同时可对电芯上部实现很好的保护。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题之二在于提供一种具有上述电池隔圈的电芯保护结构,其可对电芯实现很好的保护。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题之三在于提供一种具有上述电芯保护结构的动力电池。
对于本实用新型电池隔圈来说,上述技术问题是这样加以实现的:提供一种电池隔圈,所述电池隔圈设有与电芯上端中部吻合的极耳通过区以及位于所述极耳通过区两侧的电芯圆角容纳区,所述电芯圆角容纳区为由所述隔圈边缘与所述极耳通过区及隔圈上表面围合而成的槽状结构,所述极耳通过区包括至少一个贯穿隔圈的极耳孔。
对于本实用新型电芯保护结构来说,上述技术问题是这样加以实现的:提供一种电芯保护结构,呈框架形状,所述框架包括上、下两个具有上述结构的电池隔圈以及与所述电池隔圈固定连接的两个侧板。
对于本实用新型动力电池来说,上述技术问题是这样加以实现的:提供一种一种动力电池,包括至少一个电芯,所述至少一个电芯位于所述电芯保护结构内。
与现有技术相比较,所述电池隔圈两侧设有呈槽状结构的电芯圆角容纳区,在电池组装过程中,为电芯圆角提供足够的空间,实现对电芯上部的保护;所述电芯保护结构呈框架形状,从而形成了电芯的骨架,可在电池周转、特别是使用过程中给予电芯很好的保护,也降低了将电池壳套设于电芯上时,隔膜沿电池壳方向折皱以及电芯之间错动的风险,增强了单体电池的防振性能,提高了电池的安全性能。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
请参照图1,为本实用新型电芯保护结构的一较佳实施例,该电芯保护结构呈框架形状,并包括上、下两个电池隔圈1以及与所述两个电池隔圈1固定连接的两个侧板2。所述电池隔圈1和侧板2均为耐电解液、注塑性能好、并具有一定机械强度的绝缘材料。这样,所述由于电芯保护结构呈框架形状,从而形成了电芯3(请参照图5及图6)的骨架,可在电池周转、使用过程中给过程中给予电芯3很好的保护,也降低了将电池壳套设于电芯上时,隔膜沿电池壳方向折皱以及电芯之间错动的风险,增强了单体电池的防振性能,提高了电池的安全性能。
以下对上述各组成部分分别作详细介绍。
请结合参照图2及图3,所述电池隔圈1设有与电芯3上端中部吻合的极耳通过区12以及位于所述极耳通过区12两侧的电芯圆角容纳区13,所述电芯圆角容纳区13为由所述隔圈边缘与所述极耳通过区12及隔圈上表面围合而成的槽状结构,所述极耳通过区12包括至少一个贯穿隔圈的极耳孔11。由于所述电池隔圈1两侧设有呈槽状结构的电芯圆角容纳区13,在电池组装过程中,为电芯圆角31提供足够的空间,实现对电芯3上部的保护。构成所述槽状结构的隔圈上表面设有多个通孔14。设置通孔14既能满足排气、注液等要求,又可以防止电池盖板(图中未示出)与电芯极耳发生触壳的风险。
所述极耳通过区12包括多个呈“[”形的极耳孔11,所述极耳孔11由至少一个与所述隔圈长度方向一致的“[”形横梁15间隔所形成,所述极耳孔11的两端与所述电芯圆角容纳区13在隔圈长度方向上贯通。所述横梁15包括中部的主体部分151以及两端的连接部分152,所述连接部分152分别由所述极耳通过区12向所述电芯3方向延伸所形成。这样,即在所述横梁15的主体部分151外侧形成了一定空间,该空间可为盖板引出片、焊接过渡片提供足够的空间。当所述极耳孔11的数量为一个时,就不需要设置横梁15,直接在所述极耳通过区12上开孔即可。
请参照图5,所述横梁主体部分151的横截面呈V字形,各横梁主体部分151之间形成了可与电芯3上部逐渐减薄的区域吻合的空间。这种结构可减小电池产生位移时电芯3的窜动,降低了振动、波动对电芯3的影响。所述横梁主体部分151在纵向上具有均匀的厚度。这样可以减少电池隔圈1在注塑成型过程中因厚度偏差过大而造成的变形,同时也减少了原材料的用量,降低了生产成本,还减轻了电池的重量。
所述电池隔圈1的两侧分别设有两个卡扣16用以与侧板2连接从而形成框架形状。
请参照图4,所述侧板2呈板状,其两端分别设有两个卡孔21,用以与电池隔圈1两侧的卡扣16配合,当然,所述卡扣16和卡孔21的数量还可为一个或者多个,其形状还可以不同于图中所示。请参照图6,所述侧板2两侧分别延伸出一定位弧面22,所述定位弧面22向所述电芯3的方向弯曲。定位弧面22一方面可使侧板2的强度大大增加,从而增强了电芯骨架的支撑强度,同时定位弧面22又可对电芯3的侧面实现保护。所述电池隔圈1与所述侧板2通过卡扣16和卡孔21配合即形成如图1所示的框架形状,为了进一步加强所述框架形状的强度,在所述卡扣16和卡孔21接合处采用焊接等方式进行加固。所述焊接方式可以是超声波焊、热熔焊、激光焊等。
本实施例的电芯保护结构可适用于单电芯电池或者多电芯电池。对于多电芯电池来说,当电池装配时,需将电芯套入电池壳体,在现有的技术条件下,电芯之间常使用胶带预固定,而这种做法在套壳时电芯之间或集流体之间会发生错动,同时对电芯最外层绝缘材料也可能造成破坏,采用本实施例的电芯保护结构可取消了粘胶带这一工序,提高效率的同时还能减小甚至消除电芯之间、集流体之间的错动,以及套壳对电芯最外层绝缘材料的负面影响。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

1、一种电池隔圈,其特征在于:所述电池隔圈设有与电芯上端中部吻合的极耳通过区以及位于所述极耳通过区两侧的电芯圆角容纳区,所述电芯圆角容纳区为由所述隔圈边缘与所述极耳通过区及隔圈上表面围合而成的槽状结构,所述极耳通过区包括至少一个贯穿隔圈的极耳孔。
2、如权利要求1所述的电池隔圈,其特征在于:构成所述槽状结构的隔圈上表面设有多个通孔。
3、如权利要求1所述的电池隔圈,其特征在于:所述极耳通过区包括多个呈“[”形的极耳孔,所述极耳孔由至少一个与所述隔圈长度方向一致的“[”形横梁间隔所形成,所述极耳孔的两端与所述电芯圆角容纳区在隔圈长度方向上贯通。
4、如权利要求3所述的电池隔圈,其特征在于:所述横梁包括中部的主体部分以及两端的连接部分,所述连接部分分别由所述极耳通过区向所述电芯方向延伸所形成。
5、如权利要求4所述的电池隔圈,其特征在于:所述横梁主体部分的横截面呈V字形,并在纵向上具有均匀的厚度。
6、一种电芯保护结构,呈框架形状,其特征在于:所述框架包括上、下两个如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的电池隔圈以及与所述电池隔圈固定连接的两个侧板。
7、如权利要求6所述的电芯保护结构,其特征在于:所述电池隔圈两侧分别设有至少一个卡扣,所述侧板对应位置设有与所述卡扣吻合的卡孔,所述电池隔圈与所述侧板通过所述卡扣和所述卡孔连接。
8、如权利要求7所述的电芯保护结构,其特征在于:所述电池隔圈与所述侧板在所述卡扣和所述卡孔接合处被焊接固定在一起。
9、如权利要求8所述的电芯保护结构,其特征在于:所述卡扣和所述卡孔的数量均为两个。
10、如权利要求6所述的电芯保护结构,其特征在于:所述侧板两侧分别延伸出一定位弧面,所述定位弧面向所述电芯方向弯曲。
11、一种动力电池,包括至少一个电芯,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求7所述的电芯保护结构,所述至少一个电芯位于所述电芯保护结构内。
