本实用新型烘烤用半气化燃烧炉,包括炉体、炉内芯和炉桥,其特征在于燃炉的炉本体上部连接有热气采集罩和热气输出口,下部设有排渣口,中部设有进料口,炉本体上设有夹层进气管;在炉本体内设有燃炉内炉芯,燃炉内炉芯形状是下部为柱形上部为锥形,锥形顶上有盖板连接在炉本体内;燃炉内炉芯内下部设有炉桥和排渣口,中部设有进料口,排渣口和进料口直接连接在炉本体上通向炉外,内炉芯的锥形顶部设有燃烧孔;燃炉内炉芯和炉本体形成一个夹层,空气通过夹层进气管进入夹层,夹层内的空气通过燃烧孔进入炉内燃烧。
本实用新型烘烤用半气化燃烧炉的炉体可设为圆柱形。燃炉内炉芯和炉体形成的夹层间距为5厘米-10厘米。
本实用新型烘烤用半气化燃烧炉由于使用了燃炉内炉芯和炉体形成一个夹层,空气通过进气管进入夹层,在夹层内空气被预热升温,向炉内第二次供氧,使燃料在炉内燃烧更加充分燃烧效果好。
