本实用新型公开了一种除臭鞋垫，它能解决鞋垫臭气问题。它由鞋垫面层，中层、底层组成，用机制缝纫线多路扎制而成，沿鞋垫边沿扎制两条线，防止鞋垫各层松散脱开，鞋垫中间层两面涂覆有药膏，一面涂布有加速脚底血液循环的中草药，一面涂布有治疗脚气的西药。鞋垫面层料用夏布，底层料用掺与二氧化钛钠米粉的纺丝制成的化纤布料。故本实用新型具有能加速脚底血液循环和除去鞋垫臭气的优点。并有制作简单、使用方便、使用时间长、成本低廉等特点。能广泛用于男女老少的各种鞋内作鞋垫。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能垫于各种鞋内的鞋垫，特别是涉及一种能除去因脚汗而形成的臭气的除臭鞋垫。
背景技术
现行鞋垫形式多样，种类繁多。从材质分：有皮的、布的、麻的、丝瓜襄的，毛毡的等等；从层数分：有单层、双层、多层等等；从制作分：有手工纳的、绣花的、缝纫机缝的，粘胶剂粘的、机器模压的等等；从功能分：有吸汗的、治病的、按摩的等等。尽管现行鞋垫品种繁多，但还是存在使用时间不长，价格偏贵、使用不便、清洗不便、除臭效果不佳的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供一种能克服上述缺陷，能除去脚底汗臭且还能治疗脚气的除臭鞋垫。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种除臭鞋垫，包括鞋垫，鞋垫面层与鞋垫底层之间有一鞋垫中间层，层与层之间连接用机制缝纫线扎制，边缘扎制两路缝纫线，鞋垫中间层上面涂履有药物涂层。鞋垫面层选用夏布布料做面料，鞋垫底层选用掺与纳米二氧化钛粉原料制成纺丝从而织成的化纤纺织布料做面料。鞋垫中间层上面涂履有治疗脚气的缓慢释放药效的中草药药膏状的药物涂层，反面涂履有复方十一烯酸锌曲安奈软膏药物。中草药药膏是促进脚底血液流通的药物，西药是治疗脚气的药物。
本实用新型的有益效果是：鞋垫面层是夏布，利于凉爽、吸汗；鞋垫中间层正反有药物，一面药物加速脚底血液循环，另一面药物治疗脚气；鞋垫底层是有钠米二氧化钛成份的化纤面料，阳光照射使化纤面料中的纳米二氧化钛释放出晶体中的电子，电子与空气中氧气发生反应，产生自由基氧，自由基氧能除臭、杀菌、防污，故能除去鞋垫上的臭气。
本实用新型具有成本低廉、制作简单使用方便、清洗干净、使用时间长、除臭效果好等优点。

在图1、图2中，1为鞋垫、2为鞋垫面层、3为鞋垫底垫、4为药物涂层、5为鞋垫中间层。
具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，1为鞋垫的主视图，2为鞋垫面层，3为鞋垫底垫，4为药物涂层，5为鞋层中间层，面、中、底层连接可用多种方式：一是用粘胶剂粘接；二是用机制缝纫线多行路扎制。当然用缝纫线扎制更好，它便于透气。不管粘胶剂粘接还是缝纫线扎制，沿鞋垫边沿均要缝两行线，这样有两种效果：一是美观；二是能保证鞋垫各层之间不会散脱。鞋垫面层2选用夏布做面料，好处有：夏布为天然纤维料、透气、凉爽、吸汗，不伤皮肤不过敏。鞋垫底层3选用掺有二氧化钛纳米粉的化纤布作面料。该面料制作工艺大致为：将纳米二氧化钛粉末掺入化纤纺丝熔料中，搅拌均匀，熔料喷成丝，该种丝中就含有纳米二氧化钛微小晶体，用该种丝织成化纤布料，即成含二氧化钛纳米颗粒的化纤布。将鞋垫底层3对着阳光照晒若干小时，一会除去汗水水份，二会除去臭气。除臭原理为：布料中二氧化钛钠米晶体吸收阳光，获得能量，晶体中电子与空气中氧气反应，产生自由基氧，自由基氧是氧化剂，能氧化多种有机物，因而能除臭气，还能分解污垢成更小的分子，便于除污清洗。鞋垫中间层5，可选用无纺布、人造革等合成材料或选用棉、麻、丝等其它天然材料。药物涂层4是涂履在鞋垫中间层5上的。药物涂层4有两种成份，一种是中草药成份，能加速脚底血液循环流通；另一种是西药，成份是复方十一烯酸锌曲安奈，能治疗脚气。两种药物分别涂履在鞋垫中间层5的正、反两面。为解决鞋垫水洗药物易流失的缺陷，在药物涂布时，会加一种能保持药物不易溶于水的疏水性的胶剂，这样能保持鞋垫中的药物长期有效。
Claims (4)
1、一种除臭鞋垫，包括鞋垫(1)，其特征在于：鞋垫面层(2)与鞋垫底层(3)之间有一鞋垫中间层(5)，层与层之间连接用机制缝纫线扎制，边缘扎制两路缝纫线；鞋垫中间层(5)上面除履有药物涂层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的除臭鞋垫，其特征在于：鞋垫面层(2)选用夏布布料做面料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的除臭鞋垫，其特征在于：鞋垫中间层(5)上面涂履有治疗脚气的缓慢释放药效的中草药药膏状的药物涂层(4)，反面涂履有复方十一烯酸锌曲安奈软膏药物。
4、根据权利要求1所述的除臭鞋垫，其特征在于：鞋垫底层(3)选用掺与纳米二氧化钛粉原料制成纺丝从而织成的化纤纺织布料做面料。
