Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种大功率LED光源模块，其由焊接在铝基板上的大功率LED组成，铝基板正面固定有透明灯罩，背面固定有一散热器，LED驱动器固定在散热器另一端面上，LED驱动器与铝基板通过导线电连接。将LED发光体、铝基板和散热器等必要器件集成于一体，提供后级运用的便利，尤其简化了灯具制造业的设计、生产、装配，形成统一和标准化规范，也给检修带来方便，适用于室内照明产品开发运用，更适合于功率要求高的户外工程灯具，如路灯、投光灯、隧道灯等照明领域，提供一种节能、高效、防水且散热性能好的光源模块。
Description
技术领域：
本实用新型属于照明光源领域，特别涉及一种具有散热效果的大功率LED光源模块。
背景技术：
大功率LED光源替代传统光源是一种趋势，其无灯丝结构具有寿命长、能耗低、体积小的特点，正越来越多地应用于民用、工业、以及城市照明领域。但由于其体积小，光亮度大，导致发热量集中，故大功率LED光源的散热成为必须的要件。现有大功率LED光源模块主要包括有LED及铝基板，LED电极直接焊接在铝基板上，较大的铝基板提供散热之需。为了提高整体亮度，往往在同一铝基板上集成更多的LED发光体，形成大功率LED光源模块，提供后级加工各种灯具的便利，但集成多个LED于铝基板上，势必造成热量聚集，故需在铝基板后部加设散热器，致使后级制造业者，还需根据不同照明产品设计各式各样的散热器等。如何将大功率LED与散热器等加工成一模块，即成为本实用新型研究的对象。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是发明一种集散热器于一体的大功率LED光源模块。
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的：一种由焊接在铝基板上的大功率LED组成的大功率LED光源模块，其特征是铝基板正面固定有透明灯罩，背面固定有一散热器，LED驱动器固定在散热器另一端面上，LED驱动器与铝基板通过导线电连接。将LED发光体、铝基板和散热器等必要器件集成于一体，方便后级灯具制造者的设计和安装。
所述透明灯罩与铝基板间垫设有密封圈，该密封圈部分嵌入透明灯罩边缘预设的一环槽内定位，另一面能紧压在铝基表面形成密封。使得它们之间具有密封性能，保护LED等器件，又可拓展其运用于户外或者水下，而散热器暴露在外，可提供良好的散热环境。
所述LED驱动器为密封的一壳体，通过螺丝锁固在散热器上，电连接的导线与铝基板和LED驱动器间隙填设有密封胶。使得模块整体具有防水性能。
本实用新型立意巧妙，结构合理，进一步将必要器件集成于一体，形成一光源模块，且具有良好密封防水性能，由于光源模块的独立性和完整性，提供后级运用的便利，尤其简化了灯具制造业的设计、生产、装配，形成统一和标准化规范，也给检修带来方便，适用于室内照明产品开发运用，更适合于功率要求高的户外工程灯具，如路灯、投光灯、隧道灯等照明领域，提供一种节能、高效、防水且散热性能好的光源模块。

具体实施方式：
参照图1、图2和图3，大功率LED光源模块包括焊接大功率LED发光体11的铝基板1、固定在铝基板1正面的透明灯罩2、及固定在铝基板1背面的散热器3，LED驱动器4固定在散热器3另一端面上，LED驱动器4与铝基板1通过导线电连接，提供LED发光体11控制及工作电源。透明灯罩2、铝基板1和散热器3上设有对应的螺丝孔，依一套螺丝7将三者锁固成一体，简化模块装配工艺。
本实例结构中铝基板1上焊接有复数个LED发光体11，使其达到一定额度功率和光强度，满足商用要求。为此，对散热器3提出更高的要求，以尽快将铝基板1上的热量带走。
散热器3上复数个平行散热翅片31与铝基板1平面成垂直结构，并环绕散热器3四周，利用LED发光体11发热产生上升的气流，带走平行散热翅片31间隙中的执量，减少热集聚，延长器件的使用寿命，较传统水平式散热翅片的散热效果好，同等散热效能下，其散热器可相对做的小，既节省金属材料，也为后级运用节省装配空间。
参照图2和图3，透明灯罩2与铝基板1间垫设有密封圈5，该密封圈5部分嵌入透明灯罩2边缘预设的一环槽21内定位，另一面能紧压在铝基板表面形成密封，保护LED发光体11等器件，使得光源模块可运用于户外和水下，在照明设备的设计上，无需过多考虑光源模块的防水问题，简化后级的设计难度。另，透明灯罩2与铝基板1间设有一锥台形反光罩6，既可反射部分光线至有效面，增强光效，也能减小辐射热量聚集于模块内。
参照图3，所述LED驱动器4具有一密封壳体，通过螺丝锁固在散热器3上，电连接的导线与铝基板1和LED驱动器4间隙填设有密封胶，满足整体在水下工作之需求。另，LED驱动器4壳体也可设计成标准卡口灯头或螺口灯头之择一结构，直接配套于现有标准灯座上使用，为一般的灯具提供可兼容的光源。LED驱动器4除固定在散热器3上，也可采用分离结构，以便适合不同场合之需，提供更大的灵活性。
本实用新型将LED发光体、灯罩、铝基板和散热器等集成于一体，形成一标准化光源模块，且具有良好的散热效果，为后级制造、运用和使用维护带来极大便利。
Claims (7)
1、一种由焊接在铝基板上的大功率LED 成的大功率LED光源模块，其特征是铝基板正面固定有透明灯罩，背面固定有一散热器，LED驱动器固定在散热器另一端面上，LED驱动器与铝基板通过导线电连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种大功率LED光源模块，其特征是透明灯罩与铝基板间垫设有密封圈，该密封圈部分嵌入透明灯罩边缘预设的一环槽内定位，另一面能紧压在铝基板表面形成密封。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种大功率LED光源模块，其特征是透明灯罩与铝基板间设有一锥台形反光罩。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种大功率LED光源模块，其特征是透明灯罩、铝基板和散热器上设有对应的螺丝孔，依一套螺丝将三者锁固成一体。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种大功率LED光源模块，其特征是散热器上复数个平行散热翅片与铝基板平面成垂直结构，并环绕散热器四周。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种大功率LED光源模块，其特征是LED驱动器具有一密封壳体，通过螺丝锁固在散热器上，电连接的导线与铝基板和LED驱动器间隙填设有密封胶。
7、根据权利要求1或6所述的一种大功率LED光源模块，其特征是LED驱动器壳体为标准卡口灯头或螺口灯头之择一结构。
