技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种金刚石串珠绳切割机，其用于石矿的开采或者石材切割分离。
背景技术
公知的金钢石绳锯机主要由机架、工作台、回转装置、绳锯条及电气控制系统组成，工作台设于机架上用于承接石材，对于石矿开采场合则没有工作台，绳锯条绕设于欲切割的石材和回转装置之间形成一个闭环连接，回转装置主要包括绳锯条的驱动和导向，电气控制系统用于控制绳锯机的工作状态。随着石材荒料被越来越多地利用，切割的形状更加复杂，公知的绳锯机便满足不了产品加工要求。为此，2005年8月31日公告的中国专利CN2721363Y公开一种金刚石绳锯机，其由机体、底座、主电机、驱动绳锯轮、金刚石绳锯条、设置于机体内的配电箱及变频调速器、由变频调速器控制的变速电机、安装于机体底部的轨道轮及由变速电机带动的齿轮、对应设置于底座上轨道及齿条组成，其特点是在机体内设有由转向电机带动其转动的转向器，转向器输出轴上设有锯机架，主电机设置于锯机架上，驱动绳锯轮联接在主电机的输出轴上。虽然转向器可以带动锯机架做360度施转，但是由于整个锯机架结构庞大且十分笨重复杂，维护保养不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构紧凑、操作简单的金刚石串珠绳切割机。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是这样的：一种金刚石串珠绳切割机，包括机架、工作台、回转装置、绳锯条及电气控制系统，所述机架用于固定和支撑其它组成部分，工作台设于机架上用于固定石材，回转装置设于机架上用于驱动绳锯条转动，绳锯条设于回转装置上，电气控制系统与回转装置电连接用于控制绳锯条的转动，机架上设有两个导绳轮总成，所述两个导绳轮总成对称设于工作台上方横向两侧用于对切割过程中的绳锯条进行导向。
上述金刚石串珠绳切割机，所述导绳轮总成包括固定架、活动架、转向装置、导轮一、导轮二和移动装置，所述固定架设于机架上，活动架通过移动装置可水平移动地设于固定架上，转向装置设于活动架上，导轮一和导轮二并排相距设于转向装置的输出端，所述转向装置与电气控制系统电连接。
上述金刚石串珠绳切割机，所述转向装置设有喇叭形挡水板。
通过采用前述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：通过在机架两侧设置导绳轮总成，这样绳锯条可以在导绳轮总成的导向作用下切割出各种曲面形状如字母、实心或空心圆柱等产品，且导绳轮总成结构紧凑简单，对绳锯条的导向精确及时，维护保养也很方便。

具体实施方式
参考图1至图5，本实用新型的实施例公开一种金刚石串珠绳切割机，包括机架1、工作台2、回转装置3、绳锯条4、导绳轮总成5及电气控制系统，所述机架1用于固定和支撑其它组成部分，机架1设有左立柱总成11、右立柱总成12及行架总成13，左立柱总成11和右立柱总成12分别设于机架1的横向两侧，行架总成13跨设于左立柱总成11和右立柱总成12上方，电气控制系统设于行架总成13内，回转装置3包括左回转箱31和右回转箱32，左回转箱31设于左立柱总成11上，右回转箱32设于右立柱总成12上，绳锯条4绕设于左回转箱31和右回转箱32之间，其中左回转箱31内设有由电机驱动的主动轮用于带动绳锯条4进行切割回转运动，电气控制系统与左回转箱31和右回转箱32电连接，前述各组成部分及相对位置关系、电气控制属公知技术，其主要用于使绳锯条4在回转时对石材执行切割动作。在此基础上，本实用新型的改进之处在于在机架1上设有两个导绳轮总成5，所述两个导绳轮总成5对称设于工作台2上方横向两侧用于对切割过程中的绳锯条4进行导向。具体地说，所述导绳轮总成5包括固定架51、活动架52、转向装置53、导轮54、导轮55、移动装置56和挡水板57，所述固定架51设于机架1上，活动架52系两根平行设置的光杆，移动装置56是一端带有手轮的丝杆，活动架52上设有与丝杆适配的螺套521，丝杆穿设于螺套521上，当手轮转动时，活动架52即相对于固定架51沿水平方向移动，转向装置53设于活动架52上，转向装置53包括电机531及设于电机531输出轴上的减速箱532和导轮座533，所述导轮座533设于减速箱532的输出端上，导轮54和导轮55并排相距设于导轮座533上，所述导轮54径向外侧设有聚氨酯制得的导绳槽541，该导绳槽541硬度为85-100邵尔，即能满足强度耐磨要求又能保护绳锯条4，导轮55结构与导轮54相同。电机531系步进电机，且其输入端与电气控制系统电连接，挡水板57设于导轮座533上用于防止冷却水进入到导绳轮总成5内侧。

1、一种金刚石串珠绳切割机，包括机架、工作台、回转装置、绳锯条及电气控制系统，所述机架用于固定和支撑其它组成部分，工作台设于机架上用于固定石材，回转装置设于机架上用于驱动绳锯条转动，绳锯条设于回转装置上，电气控制系统与回转装置电连接用于控制绳锯条的转动，其特征在于：机架上设有两个导绳轮总成，所述两个导绳轮总成对称设于工作台上方横向两侧用于对切割过程中的绳锯条进行导向。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金刚石串珠绳切割机，其特征在于：所述导绳轮总成包括固定架、活动架、转向装置、导轮一、导轮二和移动装置，所述固定架设于机架上，活动架通过移动装置可水平移动地设于固定架上，转向装置设于活动架上，导轮一和导轮二并排相距设于转向装置的输出端，所述转向装置与电气控制系统电连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的金刚石串珠绳切割机，其特征在于：所述转向装置设有喇叭形挡水板。
