背景技术
建筑隔墙用轻质条板(简称隔墙板)在生产时，需要在模具底部涂隔离剂，使其在操作时很容易脱离模板，但隔离剂在使用中的用量不容易掌握，涂得过少，难以脱模；涂得过多，隔墙板底部与隔离剂的底模接触面容易脱皮，表面脱皮容易造成安装后墙面起鼓。另外，隔墙板生产中减轻自身重量的基本措施是对浆料在搅拌时进行发泡，但发泡后的浆料进入模具后还会产生少量气泡，造成了隔墙板的上表面不平，影响板面美观并增加后期装修费用。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是克服现有建筑隔墙用轻质条板存在的不足，提供一种复合建筑隔墙用轻质条板，既能够解决局部脱皮、板面不平等缺陷，又能够提高产品质量，节省安装装饰成本。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种复合建筑隔墙用轻质条板，包括用发泡材料制成的隔墙板，其特征是：所述隔墙板的两侧表面上分别设有水泥装饰板，所述隔墙板发泡成型时与水泥装饰板固结为一体。
以下是本实用新型对上述方案的进一步改进：
所述隔墙板的其中一个侧面上设有榫头，另一个侧面上设有与榫头相配合的榫槽。
安装时，将其中一块隔墙板上的榫头插入到相邻的另一块隔墙板上榫槽内，依次插接，能够使其形成一个完整的墙面，同时增加了墙体的结构强度。
所述隔墙板的中心位置设有若干个纵向设置的通孔，减轻了隔墙板的重量，节省了材料成本。

实施例，一种复合建筑隔墙用轻质条板，包括用发泡材料制成的隔墙板2，所述隔墙板2的两个宽平表面上分别设有水泥装饰板1，所述隔墙板2发泡成型时与水泥装饰板1固结为一体，所述隔墙板2的其中一个侧面上设有榫头3，另一个侧面上设有与榫头3相配合的榫槽4，安装时，将其中一块隔墙板上的榫头3插入到相邻的另一块隔墙板上榫槽4内，依次插接，能够使其形成一个完整的墙面，同时增加了墙体的结构强度，在隔墙板的中心位置设有若干个纵向设置的通孔5，减轻了隔墙板的重量，节省了材料成本。
生产复合建筑隔墙用轻质条板生产方法是：先把模具组装好，把裁好的水泥装饰板放入模具底面充当隔离剂，在抽空管上涂隔离剂，同时在模具上穿管，把搅拌好的隔墙板发泡料浆灌入模具，然后将料浆表面刮平。最后，在刮平的料浆表面平放一张裁好尺寸的水泥装饰板，经过压辊压平后进行养护。
复合好的隔墙板达到规定强度进行脱模，因底部有水泥装饰板隔离，脱模非常容易，并且装饰板和隔墙板能很好的结合在一起。

1、一种复合建筑隔墙用轻质条板，包括用发泡材料制成的隔墙板，其特征是：所述隔墙板的两侧表面上分别设有水泥装饰板，所述隔墙板发泡成型时与水泥装饰板固结为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合建筑隔墙用轻质条板，其特征是：所述隔墙板的其中一个侧面上设有榫头，另一个侧面上设有与榫头相配合的榫槽。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的复合建筑隔墙用轻质条板，其特征是：所述隔墙板的中心位置设有若干个纵向设置的通孔。
