本实用新型涉及受话器结构,尤其是耳机受话器结构。
背景技术:
通常耳机的耳壳与受话器多为单体结构,大都采用泄漏方式调音,这种调音方式既损失了低音的效率,也将一部分声音泄漏在外部,还干扰影响旁人。
此外单一受话器发音,音频范围窄,达不到较为宽广的声音效果,由多个受话器装入同一耳壳内,虽可以满足上述需要,但是生产成本也随之相对提高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种单磁铁双磁路双振膜双音圈结构的正向同轴受话器。
在磁铁内圆中设置一个变径T型导磁;变径T型导磁的细径端外径连接音圈A,音圈A连接振动膜片A,U型导磁上设置接线板A;变径T型导磁的粗径端外径连接音圈B,音圈B连接振动膜片B,支架上设置接线板B。
由U型导磁、变径T型导磁与磁铁组成磁隙A和磁隙B双磁路磁隙。
变径T型导磁的内径自内向外双向由细变粗呈号角化状。
本实用新型采用双磁路、双音圈、双振动膜发音,音域宽,高、低音兼容,音质好。不用泄漏方式调音,低音部分损失大大的减少,使用时很少干扰影响旁人。

具体实施方式:
它包括支架(1)内设置的U型导磁(2)、防尘网(3)和磁铁(10);在磁铁(10)内圆中设置一个变径T型导磁(9);变径T型导磁(9)的细径端外径连接音圈A(5),音圈A(5)连接振动膜片A(4),U型导磁(2)上设置接线板A(6);变径T型导磁(9)的粗径端外径连接音圈B(14),音圈B(14)连接振动膜片B(8),支架(1)上设置接线板B(7)。由U型导磁(2)、变径T型导磁(9)与磁铁(10)分别组成磁隙A(12)和磁隙B(13)双磁路磁隙。变径T型导磁(9)的内径自内向外双向由细变粗呈号角化(11)状。每个磁路设有各自独立的音圈A、B(5)、(14)和各自独立的振动膜片A、B(4)、(8),工作时同时发音。

1、一种正向同轴受话器,它包括支架内设置的U型导磁、防尘网和磁铁,其特征在于:在磁铁内圆中设置一个变径T型导磁;变径T型导磁的细径端外径连接音圈A,音圈A连接振动膜片A,U型导磁上设置接线板A;变径T型导磁的粗径端外径连接音圈B,音圈B连接振动膜片B,支架上设置接线板B。
2、如权利要求1所述的正向同轴受话器,其特征在于:由U型导磁、变径T型导磁与磁铁组成磁隙A和磁隙B双磁路磁隙。
3、如权利要求1所述的正向同轴受话器,其特征在于:变径T型导磁的内径自内向外双向由细变粗呈号角化状。
