Abstract
一种双面复合保温节能成品板,包括保温层,在保温层的两面分别设有饰面层和加强底板层,在加强底板层上设有多个圆形或多边形通气孔。本实用新型的饰面层可以采用有色金属板、石材板、无机材料板、有机材料板上涂覆漆或涂料而制成;保温层可选用EPS板(发泡聚苯板)、XPS板(挤塑聚苯板)、聚氨酯发泡板、酚醛保温板、无机保温板制成,板的表面可以为光面、毛面或带有凹凸造型的表面;加强底板层可以采用无机板或有机板制成。各层之间均采用粘胶连接。本实用新型板体强度高、透气性好、使用寿命长,生产工艺比较简单,生产成本不增加。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料中的一种复合板,尤其是建筑物外墙面用的双面复合保温装饰板。
背景技术
现有建筑物外墙面用的保温装饰板普遍存在易变形的弊病,为了提高板体强度,一般采用在两层保温板中间增设夹层板的方法,这样使生产工艺比较复杂,增加生产成本,而且使板体的透气性受到很大影响,缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有建筑物外墙面用的保温装饰板的不足,本实用新型提供一种双面复合保温节能成品板。
本实用新型提供的一种双面复合保温节能成品板,包括保温层,在保温层的两面分别设有饰面层和加强底板层,在加强底板层上设有多个通气孔,各层之间均采用粘胶连接。
本实用新型的加强底板层上的多个通气孔可以为圆形或多边形。
为了安装和施工方便,可在饰面层的四周切割出若干个凹槽,凹槽的宽度和深度可以根据需要确定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:板体强度高、透气性好、使用寿命长,生产工艺比较简单,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本实用新型的饰面层1可以采用有色金属板、石材板、无机材料板、有机材料板上涂覆漆或涂料而制成;保温层2可选用EPS板(发泡聚苯板)、XPS板(挤塑聚苯板)、聚氨酯发泡板、酚醛保温板、无机保温板制成,板的表面可以为光面、毛面或带有凹凸造型的表面;加强底板层3可以采用无机板或有机板制成。各层之间均采用粘胶连接。加强底板层3上的通气孔4可以为圆形或多边形。

1、一种双面复合保温节能成品板,包括保温层,其特征在于在保温层的两面分别设有饰面层和加强底板层,在加强底板层上设有多个通气孔,各层之间均采用粘胶连接。
2、按权利要求1所述双面复合保温节能成品板,其特征在于加强底板层上的多个通气孔为圆形或多边形。
