现有技术的节能环保石灰窑炉,包括设有保温层的炉体,炉体内设有炉膛,炉膛的顶部设有自动进料口,下端设有自动卸灰口,炉膛顶部设有环形出烟道,出烟道通过风机与脱硫除尘器连通,所说炉膛中间粗,两头细呈大肚状。这种结构的石灰窑炉,虽然节能环保,但在焙烧过程中,气流从炉膛下部向上流动时,由于炉膛内壁不垂直,气流在上升过程中出现涡流,造成物料焙烧不均匀,出现偏烧、抽心或穿层现象,直接影响到产品的质量和产量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术气流在炉膛上升过程中出现涡流的技术问题,提供一种直筒式节能环保石灰窑炉,以克服现有技术的不足。
