现有技术的节能环保石灰窑炉,包括设有保温层的炉体,炉体内设有炉膛,炉膛的顶部设有自动进料口,下端设有自动卸灰口,炉膛顶部设有环形出烟道,出烟道通过风机与脱硫除尘器连通,所说炉膛中间粗,两头细呈大肚状。这种结构的石灰窑炉,虽然节能环保,但在焙烧过程中,气流从炉膛下部向上流动时,由于炉膛内壁不垂直,气流在上升过程中出现涡流,造成物料焙烧不均匀,出现偏烧、抽心或穿层现象,直接影响到产品的质量和产量。
